All You Can Eat INDIAN BUFFET at Taste Buds of India in Coral Gables | Miami, Florida

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Indian Beer VS American Beer
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE SHIRTS & MERCH:

I recently took my dad to a local restaurant in my hometown of South Miami so we could try two incredible Indian thalis. We both enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to visit an Indian buffet in Coral Gables so we could gorge on more outstanding Indian foods! Come along with us as we sink into Indian food heaven at Taste Buds of India!

Taste Buds of India:

Taste Buds of India serves a wide variety of Indian cuisines, including dishes from all over the country! It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet and only costs $14.95 per person! What a deal! They were also going to bring us some dishes from the back, and we’d enjoy it all with some Indian beer.

I spoke with the owner, Arvind, who serves north Indian, south Indian, and Indo-Chinese dishes. There were samosas, chickpeas, spicy sauces, nuts, salad, basmati rice, dal makhani, tawa vegetables, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, noodles, jalebi, and mango lassi!

I grabbed some chicken, noodles, eggplant, chickpea chaat, and samosas. My dad got a samosa, chickpeas, basmati rice, dal makhani, eggplant, chicken tandoori, chicken tikka masala, and more!

I started with the noodles, which were amazing and a little spicy. The chicken tikka masala was also delicious, as was the chaat. Then I went for the eggplant, which blew my mind! Once you start eating Indian food, you can’t stop! I loved that my dad was enjoying it. I’ve converted him and my mom to Indian food lovers!

Next, I showed my dad how to crumble the samosa on top of the chickpeas and eat it together like you do on the streets in India. All it needed was some tamarind chutney to add a little sweetness!

Nothing was spicy, so it was all tame and super tasty. Then we were brought some basil naan and garlic naan! The basil was amazing! I loved eating it with the other dishes on my plate.

Then, we headed into the kitchen to watch the cooks make some more dishes for us: malai kofta, chicken tikka masala, and palak paneer. They were also going to make some rotis and smoked chicken! There was also some fish that fell right off the skewer!

Back at the table, we had 8 more dishes and some Power 10,000 beer, which was pretty strong. We started with a yogurt kebab, which is a fritter that also contains paneer. I tried it with a mint chutney. It was very creamy and delicious!

Then we tried a rich goat curry with buttery roti, which was too good! The goat was super buttery! I loved the super rich curry! Next was the smoked chicken drumstick, which was excellent! I could taste the smokiness and it was so flavorful!

The lamb tandoori was next. It was so fresh and full of flavor. Indian lamb dishes are always top notch! I followed that with one of my favorite Indian dishes, malai kofta, which is a dumpling with paneer inside that’s served in a rich, creamy sauce. The sauce was so good I could drink it!

We moved on to the palak paneer, which is cottage cheese with spinach gravy. It’s straight spinach and paneer and is really creamy.

Next was the fish, which I had to be careful of because of the spines. The fish was smoky from the tandoor and kind of soft. It was so good!

I think I loved the goat curry, the lamb, and the smoked chicken the most! My dad loved the lamb and smoked chicken. But we still had one more dish to go: jalebi! It was sweet and syrupy and so good!

Everything was so delicious, it was hard to really choose favorites! The next time you’re in Coral Gables, Miami Beach, or South Miami, you have to eat at Taste Buds of India!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in CORAL SPRINGS!! Pani Puri, Kebabs & Butter Chicken | Florida

???????? SALMA’S CUISINE: 1-954-507-1234
???????? TARKA KARAHI KABAB:
???????? ARUN’S INDIAN KICHEN:

As many of you guys already know, I am addicted to Indian food. I try to eat it at least once a week when I’m at home in Miami, and every now and then, I like to go all-out and eat nothing but Indian food for 24 hours straight! Today is one of those days. Come with me on my latest adventure, eating Indian food for 24 hours in Coral Springs, Florida!

My adventure took me to Coral Springs, a city roughly an hour north of Miami. It’s one of the best places in south Florida to eat Indian cuisine. I started at Salma’s Cuisine for breakfast!

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours in Tampa:

I met with Salma and started with one of my favorites, pani puri! The puris contained some potatoes, mint chutney, and chickpeas. They were so crunchy and full of flavor.

Then, I jumped on the chicken behati roll, which was delicious and was similar to a kathi roll without the egg. Then, she brought me some beef samosas, chicken tandoor samosas, and chicken biryani. The samosas came with chili and tamarind chutney.

They was so tasty and contained green beans! The chili and tamarind chutney went well with everything. I loved the heat and sweetness! Adding some creamy raita helped calm down the heat!

The chicken tandoori samosa was crispier and smoky. The spring onions inside were outstanding! I followed that with the chicken biryani. I added some creamy raita and mixed it together with my hands.

I finished with some Pakola, which is a Pakistani cream soda. I’m not a big soda person and tasted like creamy rose water.

I packed everything to go and then headed to get some lunch. The next restaurant, Tarka Karahi & Kabab House, was only six minutes away. They sell authentic Pakistani cuisine. On the walls, they had images of sites around Pakistan, the Pakistani flag, and more!

I met Ismail, who took me to the kitchen, where they made me some mutton karahi, which contains about 15 spices, jalapenos, spring onions, and ghee! They also made me some chicken tikka, a chicken sikh kebab, sesame seed naan, kulcha, butter chicken, beef sikh kebab, and more!

The chicken tikka was massive and juicy, with an incredible smoky flavor. The marinade had soaked into the meat! We also had some chutney made from tamarind, a mint chutney, and more. The beef sikh kebab was lightly seasoned but super flavorful. I loved it with the naan and chutneys!

The naan and butter chicken was so different but still unreal! The flavors and textures of the beef kebabs, naan, and chutneys had my mouth watering. Next was a sweet and milky mango lassi, which they make in-house.

Next was chicken with the naan, which was fresh and oily with a light gravy. The Pakistani cuisine was somewhat similar to Indian, but the flavors were different. The mutton Lahore karahi was also outstanding. It was fatty, a little spicy, and full of flavor! It contained ginger, garlic, chilies, and more!

We had some kheer, a creamy rice pudding with nuts that cooks for 8-9 hours! Then, we had some paan with coconut and some chai!

After packing up my lunch, I headed to Arun’s Indian Kichen to get some dinner to take back to my dad in Miami!

I met Arun and Yash and headed into the kitchen, where they prepared several dishes including naan, biryani, butter chicken, eggplant, and lamb Madras, channa msala, gulab jamun. Then, I took it home to my dad!

We got a little bit of everything and dug in! The lamb Madras with naan was light on the spices and very creamy, while the eggplant was super tasty. The naan was fluffy and full of layers, and the channa masala was light with tons of chickpeas! What a day!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in MIAMI!! Dosas, Thali & Lassi | Florida

???????? CHARCOAL INDIAN CUISINE:
???????? BOMBAY DARBAR:
???????? BOLLYWOOD MASALA:

What’s up, guys? For years, I’ve been getting requests to do a video where I eat nothing but Indian food for 24 hours. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, and today is the day! Come along with me as I eat Indian food for 24 hours, including dosas, a thali, and a lassi, in my hometown of Miami, Florida!

My day started in my office in Miami. Of course, I’ve eaten Indian food for weeks on end when I travel to India, but I’ve never done 24 hours of just Indian food at home in Miami. I couldn’t wait to get started!

???? TOMAS:
???? WATCH: The Ultimate Pani Puri Challenge:

First, I’d be heading to Charcoal Indian Cuisine in my neighborhood for breakfast, followed by Bombay Darbar for lunch, and finally, Bollywood Masala for dinner with my dad!

Charcoal Indian Cuisine is just a 5-minute walk from my office in downtown South Miami. I love this place! I’d be having dosas for breakfast there!

I met my boy Raj in the kitchen, who made me some yellow lentil sambar, a masala dosa, coconut chutney, and tomato chutney. Then, they made me a plain dosa in a cone shape, which is a cone dosa, followed by a Mysore masala dosa, which is spicy and has a hot paste inside! I couldn’t wait to eat!

I started with the Mysore masala dosa. I love that they put the chilies and curry paste inside as they cook it. It was really spicy and was fantastic with the lentil sambar and coconut chutney.

The plain dosa with the sambar was amazing as well! The tomato chutney was full of tangy tomato flavor! Then, the cone dosa was a bit more doughy on the inside. I added the aloo masala and coconut chutney to it. It was unbelievably good! They were so crispy and full of delicious layers.

After my Southern Indian breakfast, I walked back to my office, changed into my thali shirt, and then caught an Uber to Bombay Darbar in Coconut Grove.

In their kitchen, they made me several dishes for my two thalis! They mushroom makhani, channa masala, lamb, and regular butter chicken. I also had samosas, rice, sambar, chutneys, kheer (rice pudding), garlic naan, plain naan, and a mango lassi.

Out on their outdoor terrace, I started with the mushroom makhana. It was so creamy and flavorful and so good with the garlic naan. The tomato curry was unreal. Next, I jumped on the samosa and tamarind chutney. The samosa was crunchy and filled with potatoes, or aloo.

Next was the soupy daal and tandoori chicken. It was super smoky and contained garlic and cilantro. It was so tender! Next was the lamb pasanda, which was light and creamy. Eating it with the naan was the best!

The butter chicken is the #1 selling Indian dish in the West. It’s incredible and comes in a creamy tomato curry. I followed that with the channa masala, which was full of tender chickpeas. Then, I mixed the rice with the butter chicken and ate it with my hands! Adding the channa masala and tamarind chutney gave it even more flavor.

I finished up with the fruity and refreshing mango lassi and the creamy kheer. They cool down the heat!

From there, I headed back to my office and changed into my thali shirt before heading back out to Bollywood Masala for dinner. There, I picked up lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, basmati rice, mango mousse, and chocolate mousse, and drove to my dad’s house.

We ate outside and started with the lamb. We loved the dark, rich gravy, but it was a bit too spicy for Dad! I loved it with the naan. Then, I added some rice and dug in with my hands!

What a phenomenal day of eating Indian food for 24 hours!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 HOURS in MIAMI!! Lobster Tikka Masala & Royal Sizzler | Florida

???????? SAFFRON MIAMI:
???????? NAMASTE MIAMI:

As you guys may know, when I’m at home in Miami, I crave the food I would normally eat when I travel the world. Especially Indian food. So I decided to go on another eating Indian food for 24 hours adventure, this time in my hometown of Miami, Florida. Join me as I set out to try a lobster tikka masala, a royal sizzler, and more!

I’d be going to two Indian restaurants I’d never visited before and I was so excited! I love checking out new restaurants! My adventure began at Saffron Indian Cuisine in Pinecrest. They serve north and south Indian cuisine there and I could not wait to eat!

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours in Sunrise, Florida:

My adventure began at Saffron Indian Cuisine in Pinecrest. They serve north and south Indian cuisine there and I could not wait to eat! Inside, I met the owner, Danny. The décor inside is meant to resemble the entrance to the City Palace in Jaipur.

The ambiance is very cozy and colorful. They have paintings of the doorways of the palace and a golden Buddha on the walls!

I started with some chai, which is one of my favorite things to drink in Miami. Then, I headed into the kitchen to watch the cooks prepare a bunch of dishes including lobster tikka masala, samosas, gobi Manchurian, sea bass, chicken lollipops, eggplant, a rice dish with dried fruit and cashews, mint paratha, drunken lamb, cheese garlic naan, and more.

I’d never seen a mint paratha before! This north and south Indian feast was going to be incredible!

Danny and I started with the lamb samosa, which was very different and minty. There were so many flavors and textures from the lamb and cilantro. I loved it with the mint-chili-chilantro chutney, but the tamarind chutney was the best for me!

Next were the Bombay-style chicken lollipops, a light gobi Manchurian, sea bass in a rich coconut curry, a mint paratha, sweet saffron naan, garlic naan, and a unique lobster tikka masala. I’d never seen it anywhere!

Next was the tender drunken lamb, tandoori chicken with a mint chutney marination, and baby eggplant. Then, we finished with some creamy kheer and rasmalai.

Then, I headed over to Namaste Miami in Coral Gables. There, I met Shravan, who prepared a special lunch for me. I started with some Sula wine!

They made a thali with lamb, samosa, raita, and salad, as well as tandoori chicken wings, and more. We started with some crisp rice snacks with tamarind chutney.

Next were papdi chaat, a samosa, aloo tikki, and more. The papdi chaat was nice and crunchy, while the aloo tikki was like a crispy fritter.

Then, we had a non-veg platter with a veg kebab and a sweet-and-sour baby corn chili. The chilli chicken wasn’t too spicy, and the tandoori chicken was tender, smoky, and buttery.

I followed that with lamb rogain josh, kadai paneer, chicken tikka masala, goat biryani, dal makhana, bullet naan, and shrimp and momos with gold leaf on top! The goat biryani was nice and light, and I mixed the rice with the curries. The naan with everything on the plate was amazing!

Then, I headed back to my office and then took my leftovers back to my dad. I was so full from eating earlier that I couldn’t eat anything except a few bites of papdi chaat!

He started with the chicken momo with gold leaf and moved on to the papdi chaat before grabbing a bit of everything! He loves Indian food as much as I do and loved trying so many new dishes!

Indian Food MUKBANG 15+ Indian Dishes with Nina Unrated | Miami Beach, Florida

???? NINA:
???? WATCH: Indian Veg Food
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE SHIRTS & MERCH:

In September of 2019, I got a chance to meet up with my friend Nina Unrated in my hometown of Miami and film my very first mukbang video with her! Join us at Taste Buds of India in Miami Beach for our epic Indian food mukbang!

Nina had only had Indian food once, so I couldn’t wait to teach her all about the cuisine! Taste Buds of India is one of the best Indian restaurants in Miami and has three locations throughout the area. There are Buddha statues and beautiful paintings on the walls!

We got 16 items in total. We started with a mango lassi, which was a sweet yogurt drink. It’s super refreshing!

Then we started with a samosa chaat with chickpeas, sev, potato filling, and yogurt on top. It was amazing and full of flavors. I explained that it’s similar to an empanada. There’s a mint chutney in it and a tamarind chutney, which adds a bit of sweetness.

Next was a lamb chop curry, which was unreal. It was so good and had so much flavor. The meat was super tender and had some ginger in it! The curry was also nice and thick! As we ate, I explained all about the different languages in India.

Next, we went with some garlic naan, and dipped it into the lamb curry, which was so unbelievably good! It creamy and not spicy at all.

Next, we had a non-veg skillet with shrimp, lamb, chicken lollipops, and a greenish chicken. The chicken lollipop was so buttery and melted in my mouth. It was full of smoky tandoori flavor! The shrimp was succulent and the green chicken was super minty.

Then we went with chicken tikka, which we wrapped in lettuce. Then, we dove into a spinach dip with tomatoes, ginger, and onions. Next was baby eggplant in a spicy, sweet tomato-based curry. It was crispy on the outside and milky on the inside. The eggplant had some real heat that snuck up on us! Then we took some papad and dipped it into the curry.

Then I dipped the papad in to the tamarind chutney and then a salsa-like tomato chutney. It was so good!

Then we tried some Indian beer, followed by some butter chicken with the naan. The curry was insanely good! Then we tried a veg mixed platter of onion bhaji with the tamarind chutney. It was doughy and had some greens in it. Then there was some fried paneer and a samosa. The paneer was a little nutty.

Our last dish was chicken lollipop with a red curry on top. It was nice and smoky and really tender. By that point, I was getting really full, so we went with the beer. It was like a lager. Mine was cloudy and a little bitter. Nina’s was smoother!

Then we had some desserts: gulab jamun, kufti, and rasmalai. The kufti was a little hard and has a straight-up Indian taste. It’s also very sugary and dense. The gulab jamun had a honey-like syrup and was like a donut hole. Then we had the rasmalai, my personal favorite. It had coconut milk and coconut flakes and was really spongy. It was really creamy!

Then we mixed them together like I suggested, which was a game changer!

Indian Vegetarian Food TAKE OUT Edition | South Miami, Florida

???? WATCH: Indian Food Mukbang:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE SHIRTS & MERCH:

With social distancing and stay-at-home orders in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to do something special. Because I can’t travel to other countries right now, I figured it would be fun to bring one of my favorite countries to me! Come along with me as I grab some Indian vegetarian food take out and enjoy a delicious Indian feast with the love of my life, Ana Hoffmann!

I headed out to my favorite local Indian restaurant, Bollywood Masala to grab some aloo samosa, dal, veg korma, papdi chaat, dahi puri, eggplant makhani, and paneer makhani!

We quickly headed out to get our order and came back home. There, we put everything into bowls. The dishes contained lots of fresh herbs and looked really good.

We started with the lassis, which were nice and refreshing. Then, we dove into the dahi puri, which is a crispy puff ball with sev, yogurt, and several other things inside. They’re so good! We fed each other a couple. It contained tamarind chutney, sev, coriander, parsley, and red onions.

Next was the aloo samosa with mint chutney. They’re basically fried pastries with potatoes and curry inside. It was so good. They could be a meal! And like with all Indian food, it’s all about the chutney!

Then, we grabbed some papdi chaat, which is a street food dish made with fried dough wafers called papdi, chickpeas, potatoes, dahi, tamarind chutney, and sev. It’s like Indian nachos. The sweetness of the tamarind chutney is amazing. It’s the best veg food on the planet! I love to use my hands to eat it!

Then, we went with the rice, which contains cardamom. Ana tried it with some eggplant makhani and veg korma. I got the saag paneer, and paneer makhani. I started with the paneer makhana, which had a rich, red sauce on it and contained Kashmiri chilies.

The eggplant makhani was really sweet, while my paneer makhani was really sweet and not spicy at all. It was so creamy. The veg korma was even sweeter!

Then, we got a paratha, one of the first dishes I ever tried in India. I tried it in Chandni Chowk in Delhi in a small alleyway. It was the best paratha of my life! I grabbed some of the food with the paratha. It was so good! The best thing to do is to just dig in with it and soak up as much of the sauces as possible.

Mixing everything was really nice. The sauce on the paneer makhani had the most incredible sauce. Then, I grabbed some veg korma, which was super creamy and filled with huge pieces of broccoli, and the eggplant makhani. The eggplant was a little spicy and creamy with nice chunks of eggplant! While we ate, I talked a bit about my travel plans post-coronavirus, like Bangladesh and Nepal.

Then, we went for the dal. We only had a bit because we were starting to get full. Everything was too good! The dal was light and super good. Then, I went for the veg korma. The broccoli was nice and creamy and super sweet! This meal was phenomenal!

I got some more rice to mix with the korma sauce. The seven dishes have huge portions and a meal like this could easily feed three people.

Of all the dishes, my favorite was the dahi puri and I also loved the eggplant and the papdi chaat. Ana’s favorite was the papdi chaat. I had one last bite of samosa and Ana had one last bite of papdi chaat. They were so moist, they wouldn’t have been good later.

Please support your local communities right now if you can because they’re all hurting. Just be responsible, stay safe, and keep social distancing, and hopefully this will all be behind us soon.

I hope you liked coming along on our Indian vegetarian food take out adventure!

My Cousin Tries INDIAN VEG FOOD for the FIRST TIME in Coconut Grove | Miami, Florida

???? ALESSANDRO:
???????? BOMBAY DARBAR:

You guys know one of my favorite things to do is to share my love of Indian food with others, so I knew I had to do the same with my cousin when he came into town. Come with me as my cousin tries Indian veg food for the first time!

???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

My cousin Alessandro has lived in Puerto Rico in LA for over 20 years and he recently came into town. So, I took him to Bombay Darbar, my favorite Indian restaurant in town to have some mouthwatering Indian veg food.

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

There, we met up with my boy Rupesh and ate outside. We started with a mango lassi and a sweet lassi. Lassi is a creamy yogurt drink that helps kill the heat after a spicy meal! The mango lassi was thinner than others I’d had, but the sweet lassi was nice and thick!

Then, they brought us some Taj Mahal and Kingfisher Strong beers. Then, they brought some papadum with tomato chutney and cilantro chutney. The papadum was light and crispy, and the chutneys were full of flavor. The cilantro was good enough to drink and the tomato was similar to a mild Mexican salsa.

Then, they brought us bullet naan, garlic naan, and plain naan, along with vegetable biryani, mushroom makhani, aloo gobi, malai kofta, mattar paneer, white rice, and raita. It was a full-on veg feast! I couldn’t wait to dive in.

First, I served him a bit of everything. Then I went with the bullet naan with the mattar paneer, which was creamy and full of yummy tomato-based sauce. The malai kofta was basically a vegetable dumpling in creamy tomato sauce and so tasty as well. I loved mixing the sauces and eating them with the naan!

Next were the biryani and aloo gobi. I added some raita on the side and mixed it into the biryani with my hand. Then, I added some of the tomato sauce to it, which added even more flavor! I loved teaching Alessandro how to eat Indian-style!

The vegetables in the biryani, including the corn, carrots, green beans, and cashews, were amazing! Next was the aloo gobi, which is cauliflower and potatoes with tomatoes. It was so good and I was getting full.

So far, the malai kofta was my favorite. It was at medium spice level along with everything else. It was a fantastic vegetable dumpling, and super filling!

Alessandro was really impressed with the versatility of the dishes, as well as the mix of textures and spices. He also liked the amount of sweetness in some of the dishes! Indian food is the most diverse cuisine on the planet!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with SUBSCRIBER in Miami!!

???? OLGA:
???????? NAMASTE RESTAURANT:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

Whether I’m at home in Miami or traveling, one of my favorite things to do is to share a meal with one of my subscribers! You guys have given so much to me over the years and it feels great to meet and get to know you guys better! Come with me as I eat Indian food with an amazing subscriber in Miami, Florida!

I recently met up with Olga, an awesome Colombian fan from Miami who has traveled through India back in 2019! She even wore an Indian dress she bought in Varanasi! We linked up at Namaste Restaurant, one of my favorite local Indian spots in Coral Gables. We couldn’t wait to eat a bunch of dishes!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

I wanted something spicy! They surprised us with some paneer chili, which is my favorite Indo-Chinese dish. I loved the sesame seeds and smoky flavor. We also got some Taj Mahal Beer for me and Kingfisher for Olga!

We met my boy Shravan, who works at Namaste, and then jumped on the sampler platter, which contained papdi chaat, chana masala, a veg samosa, aloo tikki, and bhel puri.

The papdi chaat had some sweetness but not overly so. Then, we jumped on the chana masala, which tasted like it contained some cinnamon. Next, we tried the aloo tikki and veg samosa. The aloo tikki was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.

The bhel puri was crunchy with lots of fresh ingredients like cilantro, tomatoes, and herbs. I loved how light, airy, and crunchy it was, and the tomatoes gave it a juicy burst of flavor.

Next were malai kofta, paneer makhani, kadai paneer, tandoori mushrooms, mushroom naan, garlic naan, white rice, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney. The mushroom naan with the paneer makhani was amazing! The paneer was so soft and I loved the rich, creamy sauce.

The tandoori mushrooms with the cilantro chutney were smoky and tender. It was so flavorful! Then, we jumped on the malai kofta, which also contained cashews and were like a vegetable dumpling or veggie meatball in a rich sauce.

These veg dishes are so amazing, you don’t miss the meat! Then, we got some parathas, which are Olga’s favorite Indian bread. We used it to sop up the malai kofta gravy. It was too good!

Then, we had our favorite Indian dessert, rasmalai, which is cheese curd with cardamom, pistachios, and other herbs. It’s super creamy and refreshing and is great to have at the end of a meal!

My favorite dish was the malai kofta, while Olga loved the paneer makhani. But everything was outstanding!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with my DAD!!

???? BRIGHT CELLARS:
???? TOMAS:
???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:

Eating Indian food with my dad is one of my favorite things to do. He was one of the first people to believe in me and my dream to travel the world for a living. So any day I get to share one of my passions with him is a good day!

For this video, I partnered up with Bright Cellars, a company that sells incredible wines. I’ve been a wine lover my entire adult life, and it’s a passion that my father and I share.

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

Bright Cellars takes the mystery out of finding great wines by giving you a quick quiz on their site. It asks you all about your favorite flavors and tastes. Once you’re done, they pick from a selection of wines from small vineyards around the world and send them straight to your door!

The wines come with education cards that teach you everything from how to use a corkscrew, to which temperature to serve your wine at, to how to properly store your wine! They also teach you about the best pairings for each wine and each wine’s origin!

We got Dancing Juice, Crypsis, Cactus Park, Mojave Rain, and more. We’d be going with the Mojave Rain Cabernet Sauvignon from California to pair with our Indian feast from Bombay Darbar, my favorite local Indian restaurant. It was full-bodied and very flavorful!

Our spread included chicken tikka masala, chana masala, aloo gobi, saag paneer, garlic naan, paneer naan, and papadum. They’re the basics, which my dad loves! We started with the garlic naan and the chicken tikka masala, which was insane.

The saag paneer was also incredible, as was the stuffed paneer naan. While we ate, we talked about the Indian restaurant I’m going to be opening in Miami soon! I want to have a wide variety of dishes from different Indian states.

I’m also planning trips to Dubai and England very soon to explore the Indian cuisine in these locations! I also have some loose plans of cities I want to hit up when I travel back to India!

After I finished the naan, I mixed the chicken tikka masala gravy with my rice. It was so creamy and full of flavor! Then, because we had no desserts, I ended my meal with papadum with some tamarind chutney!

What a great afternoon of eating Indian food with my dad! And if you’re familiar with the Indian food scene in the UK or Dubai, please drop a comment below and give me some suggestions of where I should go!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with NATASHA SALEHI in Miami, Florida!!

???? NATASHA:
???????? BOMBAY DARBAR:

As you guys probably know by now, one of my favorite things to do is to enjoy Indian food with friends. I think breaking bread over great food is the best way to bond with people. Come with me as I eat Indian food with my friend Natasha in Miami, Florida!

We’d be eating at Bombay Darbar, my favorite Indian restaurant in Miami. Natasha had eaten a few classic Indian dishes but hadn’t dived deep into the cuisine yet. We were going to change that today!

???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

After learning a bit about Natasha’s Millennial Girls podcast, our waiter Vikasraj brought us some papadum with tomato and mint chutneys. The crispy cracker is so good, and the mint had a nice sweetness to it.

Next was the chilli paneer, which was smoky and had a nice kick but was fairly mild. I loved the sauce and the bell peppers in it! We also had some mango lassi to cool down our mouths!

Then, we jumped on the veg pakora, which came with tamarind chutney. I love tamarind chutney, and the onion flavor and crispy exterior were incredible! Then, they brought us mango chicken curry, biryani, bhindi masala, tandoori shrimp, basmati rice, raita, garlic naan, plain naan, and Peshawari naan.

The Peshawari naan was stuffed with masalas, nuts, and raisins and was nice and sweet. But the smoky tandoori shrimp were unreal! They were finger-licking good! The Peshawari naan was also incredible with the gravy from the mango chicken curry.

The mango chicken curry was sweet but not spicy, with nice, tender chunks of chicken. It paired very nicely with the garlic naan, which provided a nice contrast. Then, we jumped on the lamb rogan josh, which contained cinnamon and cardamom. I loved how savory and tender it was!

The bhindi masala was beautiful and more of a dry curry. It was so tasty and had a bit of a bitter flavor. And then, it was time to jump on the chicken biryani! The caramelized onions, cashews, and chunky chicken looked incredible!

I taught Natasha how to eat with biryani with her hands! The biryani was fragrant and nutty, wit lots of savory flavors. Then, we mixed in the raita to make it creamy. And we couldn’t help but go back to the tandoori shrimp, which were so incredible!

Next, we added some of the mango chicken curry to the biryani before dessert! First up was gulab jamun and ras malai. The gulab jamun is super sweet and drowning in a sugar syrup, while the ras malai is creamy and nutty with a bit of saffron flavor. If you eat them together, they balance each other out!

INDIAN Veg Thali VS Non Veg Thali TASTE TEST at Bollywood Masala | Miami, Florida

As most of you guys probably know, I am a fiend for Indian food! It’s one of my three favorite cuisines of all time and I never miss an opportunity to eat some, even when I’m at home! For my latest Indian meal, I took my dad to my favorite Indian restaurant in South Miami, Bollywood Masala, so we could try their veg and non-veg mini thalis! Come along with me as I take my dad on a flavor adventure he’ll never forget!

FEATURED:

Tomas Hoffmann:

Bollywood Masala:

Inside the restaurant, we met with the owner, Tina, who told us which dishes would make up our thalis. My dad went with the veg thali, which contains eggplant masala, gobi aloo, paneer makhana, dal, rice, naan, raita, and channa masala.

I ordered the non-veg thali, which is made up of chicken curry, paneer makhni, dal, channa masala, and chicken tikka. We also had some salad and a spicy sauce. I couldn’t wait to try everything and see which thali we liked more!

We started with the paneer makhni first, which is a delicious and super creamy cottage cheese in a tomato-based sauce. The naan was buttery on the outside and thicker than I was used to, but it was amazing when I dipped it into the paneer makhni sauce!

Next was the yellow dal, which was more like a puree and had a bit of a kick to it! I loved it and it was even better with the hot sauce. Then we went with the channa masala, which are chickpeas in a tomato-based sauce. It was amazing mixed with the rice and had a bit of a sweetness to it.

Indian food is all about mixing different dishes together and playing tricks on your palate! It’s one of the reasons why I love it so much. There is so much variety to the flavors and textures.

After a quick water break, we went with the chicken tikka, which is boneless chicken with a vibrant red color. It was so good! We followed that with the chicken curry, which was so different. I had to mix it with the rice, which is one of my favorite things to do when I order Indian takeout!

Next, we sampled the cauliflower, which had a lighter curry than the chicken curry. The peas, potatoes, and tomato made for a wonderful flavor combination!

Then I tried the eggplant, which is always my favorite. It’s soft and sweet and so good! But I couldn’t stop going back to my dad’s paneer, which was incredible!

Next, we dug into the raita, which is a yogurt dish with vegetables including onions and cucumbers. It’s refreshing, cools down your mouth, and coats your stomach at the end of the meal.

My dad and I preferred the non-veg mini-thali because you get a nice mix of vegetables and meat with the chicken. There are tons of options at Bollywood Masala, including lamb, chaats, goat, samosas, and much more.

We finished up with a pani, which was like the liquid from a pani puri! It took me right back to India!

What an amazing meal! It was my second lunch of the day and I was stuffed. You have to come to Bollywood Masala the next time you’re in South Miami and try their amazing food!

I hope you enjoyed coming with me and my dad to Bollywood Masala! If you did, please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe so you don’t miss any of my upcoming travel/food adventures!

Elevated INDIAN FOOD You MUST TRY at Moksha Indian Brasserie | Fort Lauderdale, Florida

In October of 2019, I had the pleasure of heading north from Miami to East Fort Lauderdale, where my father and I enjoyed some unbelievable elevated Indian food at Moksha Indian Brasserie! Come along with us on our elevated Indian food experience!

FEATURED:
Moksha Indian Brasserie:
Tomas:

We began our elevated Indian food experience outside Moksha Indian Brasserie, which sells reimagined Indian food with a twist! It’s run by a chef that come from a Michelin Star restaurant from Mumbai and NYC, so his food is incredible. His food encompasses all of India!

We started with three appetizers: crab sagoo (crab meat with coconut milk, curry leaves, and madras spices), scallops moilee (grilled scallops with poppy seeds, ginger, turmeric, and moilee sauce), and ghatti murgh (chicken with crisp noodles, spices, a fried egg, and a Maharashtrian chili concoction). They all looked incredible!

We also watched them make paneer flambé, which they torched right in front of us!

We started with the scallops, which had a light curry on them. They were cooked to perfection! The curry was incredible and good enough to have by itself. It was my first time having a scallop in an Indian restaurant.

Next up was the crab sagoo, which was like a crab salad with peas and corn with chips. We used the chips to dip. There were nice, pure chunks of crab. There were no fillers in it. It was so tasty! It was tasty but not heavy.

Next was the paneer flambé, which was so good and kind of spicy! It contained baby corn and reminded me of an Indo-Chinese dish. I loved the presentation and the flavorful kick! I loved the paneer. The vegetarian dishes in India are so fire!

The ghatti murgh was next. It was like spicy chicken with scrambled eggs! The crispy noodles and the yolk running throughout was excellent. I was filling up on appetizers! They were too addictive!

I got to meet the chef, Chef Christopher, in the kitchen, as he prepared our next courses. He uses about 14 spices in the kitchen as well as some blends. He also had some ghost peppers!

Back at the table, we had 4 entrees, 2 rices, and 2 breads. They included zaffran lobster (lobster tail with saffron and a butter reduction), angarey tandoori chicken (chicken with garam masala, yogurt, and Kashmiri chilies), raan e dum pukht (lamb shank with spices and Kashmiri chilies), and sorisha mach (tandoori smoked mustard salmon with potatoes and dill). We also had a spicy naan, rosemary naan, saffron rice, and basmati rice.

We went for the zaffran lobster first, which was served inside a coconut! It had lots of huge chunks of lobster. It was super fresh and I loved the curry. It was full of spices and seafood flavor. It was phenomenal! It’s made with pureed coconut meat instead of the milk!

I also loved the Rajasthan Hara Musallam. I could taste the chilies. I was loving the spices so much. It was fantastic with the rice!

I tried the spicy bullet naan next. It’s best to dip it into any sauce. The salmon had peppers, cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli. I loved it! It was buttery and came with a delicious pea puree!

Next was the lamb shank, which came in a thick, fresh, and creamy curry that blew my mind. The meat fell right off the bone. I went in to get some marrow but got a mouthful of delicious fat!

We ended with two lassis: a mango lassi and a strawberry lassi. I’d never had a strawberry lassi! We also had paan ice cream with cardamom. It tasted just like paan. It gives you a jolt of energy and looks like pistachio ice cream!

The strawberry lassi was different and really good! It wasn’t too sweet or thick. It was perfect!

What an epic meal! The scallops, lobster, and lamb were my favorites.

I hope you enjoyed coming with us to Moksha Indian Brasserie!

North & South Indian Food BRUNCH!! Super Spicy Indian Food | West Dade, Florida

???? SPICE MAGIC:
???? WATCH: All You Can Eat Indian Buffet at Taste Buds of India:

After I returned home to Miami after nearly two epic weeks in Albania, I had a hankering for some delicious Indian food. Come with me as I have some outstanding north and south Indian food, including some super spicy Indian food, in West Dade, Florida!

For this amazing Indian meal, I headed over to Spice Magic on Flagler Street for brunch. They’re one of the best Indian restaurants in the county! They were opening at 10 a.m. for me so I could try a dozen different dishes! I couldn’t wait to meet the chef and eat!

Inside, they have a huge dining hall and a buffet. On one side of the divider are smaller tables, and on the other are some family-style tables. They also have some amazing Indian décor!

In the kitchen, I met Danny, who told me they were making lots of spicy dishes for me. I watched them make some chicken biryani as well as a dozen other dishes. I could smell all the heat in the dishes they were making for me! It was a combination of north and south Indian dishes.

They also made some tandoori chicken in a tandoor oven, a ghee roast dosa, some chili naan that was full of green chilies, garlic naan, and butter naan. It all looked so good!

At my table, I had an unreal spread in front of me. In addition to the dosa and tandoori chicken, I also had paneer tandoor, paneer tikka masala, the naans, and more.

The first dish I jumped on was the Guntur chicken with cashews, which reminded me of chicken 65. It was made up of spicy nuggets of crispy, fried chicken! It wasn’t too spicy and contained a really nice masala.

Next was the Chicken Majestic, which is from Bengaluru. It contains fried chicken bits, curry leaves, onions, and a yellow curry. The curry had been absorbed into the onions and the chicken, leaving them full of unbelievable flavor. It was less spicy than the Guntur chicken but still super flavorful.

Then, I tried the butter chicken, which looked a little spicy. I had it with some kadai paneer and naan. The paneer with the naan was a little spicy, and the chilies in the chili naan made it even hotter! The butter chicken was also unreal! It was authentic India!

My next dish was the ghee roast dosa with coconut chutney and tomato chutney. The coconut was so refreshing, and the tomato chutney was nice and spicy. The coconut is always the winner for me. It’s too good, and the dosa is massive!

I also had the dosa with a thick, paste-like sambar. It contained lots of spices and tasty flavors that had my mouth watering! The dosas are my favorite thing about south Indian cusine!

Next were the Amarathi chicken curry and lamb rogaine, a dish I’d eaten before in Rajasthan. The lamb was tender and sweet and came in a rich, brown sauce. The Amarathi chicken curry was similar to butter chicken but a little darker and earthier. They both paired extremely well with the chili naan.

The tandoori chicken was smoky and rich, and the biryani had a nice layer of chicken on the bottom. It’s a layered rice dish that’s especially famous in Hyderabad. I could taste the saffron, onions, basil, mint, and coriander. So good!

For dessert, I had gulab jamun, which is a doughy, milky ball that’s drenched in a sugar syrup. It’s very common in India, very creamy and soft, and super sweet! My next dessert was rasmalai, a milky, creamy cottage cheese dish. I finished with a sweet rose milk lassi. It was super sweet and creamy. The perfect way to end a spice-filled Indian brunch!

INDIAN FOOD in MIAMI | Is It Good Bad or Better? ????????

Today we are trying Indian food in my home town Miami. The question is was it good bad or better. I decided to go behind the scenes and talk with the Indian chefs in America about some for the dishes they make and how they prepare it. I decided to open up my appetite and try as many things as I can. This Indian food vlog might feel like a Indian buffet because of the huge variety of Indian dishes I got to try out. The restaurants name is Ayesha Fine Dining located in Mid town Miami Florida. The owner and chefs are from Kerala and believe me these guys know how to cook like legends. The Indian food was mouth watering and every bite better than the next. Hope you're hungry because this India food vlog in Miami will make you hungry.
