50 Things I saw after moving to Australia | American in Sydney

There are many things I didn't encounter until I moved to Australia. Living in Australia opened me up to a world of surprises. Living in Sydney came as a shock but until I saw some of the differences between America and Australia I didn't know what to expect when I moved to Australia. The food in Australia and places to visit in Sydney surprised me. The wildlife in Australia, from the deadly wildlife in Australia to your everyday Australian birds were a shock.

What is like like in Australia? it's a shock. I had to learn how to live in Australia as an immigrant, and this list of fifty things about Australia I didn't experience until I moved here can hopefully help some immigrants who want to move to Australia too. And who knows, maybe this list will surprise Australians too!
