How I spent 3 days in Athens, Greece - Eurotrip
During my Eurotrip, I spent 3 days in Athens, Greece. It is the last leg of my travel in Europe. I wanted to experience all that Athens has to offer.
I started straight by visiting the Acropolis, one of the most impressive Greek monuments. I spent a good amount of time to marvel at the Parthenon, the amphitheatre, Temple of Athena, Temple of Olympian Zeus amongst many other attractions. Make sure you stop by Areopagus hill for a great view of the city.
Went on to have the BEST Greek souvlaki that I have had in my entire life at Street Souvlaki Athens. Make sure you check it out. For the best view of the city with the Acropolis as the backdrop, visit A for Athens!

3 places you DO NOT want to miss in Athens Greece...
When you go to Athens, of course, the number one touristy thing to do is to check out the ancient city on a hill... The Acropolis and the Parthenon. We landed in Greece and headed straight there within our first 24 hours.
We had a whole list of top-rated Trip Advisor stops, starting with Full Spoon Gelato in Monastiraki. Once we ate at Full Spoon we started chatting with the owner and realized our dinner plans were very overrated and locals never go there...
Our new bestie asked us if we wanted to have dinner at her personal favorite restaurant, where all the locals eat. OF COURSE, we agreed, because we love getting to know the local culture and learning more about what they love. She took us to Atlantikos, just around the corner from her gelato store. She ordered all of her favorite greek foods, and obviously, everything was delicious!!! Antonia told us all about her favorite places to travel to, which Greek Islands she loves most, where her children go to school, and what it's like being a business owner in Greece.
Having dinner with a local is ALWAYS so much more fun, than choosing somewhere on the internet.
