A WEEKEND IN BLUE RIDGE, GEORGIA ????⛰️

We had a cozy & relaxing stay with our great friends Julianna and Grayson at the Black Berry Cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The host has thought of EVERYTHING! When we arrived the fridge was stocked with some good drinks, some great snakes, and a bottle of wine! We felt so welcomed & loved immediately! This was James first time in Blue Ridge, so we went downtown and did some exploring. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway was closed for the season, but we've heard it is a really cool adventure! Takes you from GA up to Tennessee and back! In the summer you can go white water rafting on the Ocoee River, site of the 1996 Olympics, & there are some great hiking trails that lead to really beautiful waterfalls. There is so much to see & do and we can wait to go back and explore more! Highly recommend this cute town!

5 Tastes of Blue Ridge, GA - Local Restaurants

Local food is an essential part of the trip when you visit Georgia's Blue Ridge. You'll find a common ingredient shared by local restauranteurs -- a mixing bowl of town and country flavors that meld just right to create amazing eating choices. When you think of romantic getaways in Georgia, what’s the first thing that comes to mind?

Perhaps you think of the Chattahoochee River that flows through the Bavarian Alpine village of Helen, Georgia.

MUST SEE things to do while RVing in Georgia! Foxfire and Black Rock Mountain!

This week we could include our 2024 spring break trip to Tallulah Gorge State Park in north east Georgia. This week we’re taking a look at Foxfire Museum and Black rock Mountain State Park two places we did not know anything about until a friend of ours told us that we needed to check these two places out. So glad he did as we would’ve never discovered this stuff probably on our own and that’s why we want to share this information with you guys in case you’re up in that area, I would highly suggest checking these two places out Foxfire Museum and Black rock Mountain State Park.

Foxfire Museum was started by high school students back in 1966 and it is a pet friendly dog friendly walking type of museum with 25 buildings. And black rock Mountain State Park is just a fun drive up to the park and some pretty epic views while you’re up there .

We thank you for watching our videos and if your new here and you haven’t subscribed yet we would greatly appreciate taking the time to subscribe. It doesn’t cost anything but it out and make sure you give us a thumbs up before leaving the video. Thanks again!

Travel Vlog | Charming Cabin Getaway| Blue Ridge Mountain | Georgia, USA |

It's no secret that Geo and I enjoy the Georgia state for vacations and all the beautiful places there are to discover in this part of America. Between the towering trees and the incredible waterfalls and hikes are the quaintest little towns. These little slices of heaven really are such a great way to disconnect from the fast paced city life and for George and I, these types of vacations are so necessary in between each busy season we work as H2B workers. It helps us get some rest, helps us reboot and most of all we get the chance to discover new places in America. We found the cutest town in Georgia called Blue Ridge Mountains, Which was an absolute delight. The town was big enough to have access to everything you needed or wanted but also small enough to still enjoy that small town charm.

The cabin we stayed in was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including an awesome hot tub. Check out the link below where you can book this stay if you are ever in the area!
