Slovenia
Slovenia, a country in Central Europe, is known for its mountains, ski resorts and lakes. On Lake Bled, a glacial lake fed by hot springs, the town of Bled contains a church-topped islet and a cliffside medieval castle. In Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital, baroque facades mix with the 20th-century architecture of native Jože Plečnik, whose iconic Tromostovje (Triple Bridge) spans the tightly curving Ljubljanica River.
Logar Valley
The Logar Valley (Slovene: Logarska dolina, Logarjeva dolina) is a valley in the Kamnik Alps, in the Municipality of Solčava, Slovenia. The Slovene name for the valley is of relatively recent coinage and is derived from the Logar Farm, which in turn is derived from log (literally, 'swampy meadow'). In 1987, the valley received protected status as a landscape park encompassing 24.75 square kilometres (9.56 sq mi).
Zgornje Jezersko
Zgornje Jezersko is a settlement and administrative centre of the Municipality of Jezersko in northern Slovenia. It is part of the traditional Slovenian Carinthia region and the Upper Carniola Statistical Region.
Bled
Bled, a Slovenian resort town in the foothills of the Julian Alps, is set along the glacial Lake Bled. On a cliff overlooking the lake is the 11th-century Bled Castle, which houses a museum, chapel and printing press. Atop a small island in the lake's center is the Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Maria, with its steep staircase and bell tower.
Koper
Koper is a port city in Slovenia, on the country's Adriatic coastline. Its medieval old town centers around Titov Trg, a square with Venetian-influenced landmarks such as the Praetorian Palace and a Gothic-style loggia, while nearby Da Ponte Fountain is a replica of Venice's famed Rialto Bridge. Rebuilt many times, the circa-12th-century Cathedral of the Assumption features a tall campanile with sweeping bay views.
Piran
Piran is a resort city on Slovenia’s Adriatic coast, known for its long pier and Venetian architecture. Tartini Square is flanked by the Gothic red Venetian House and the frescoed Tartini House. The latter is the birthplace of violinist Giuseppe Tartini. The 19th-century town hall has a stone lion, a symbol of the former Republic of Venice. St. George’s Cathedral, nearby, has 17th-century paintings and marble altars.

Jonathan and I decided to go see his sister and drive around Slovenia for a weekend in april 2019.
I honestly never thought Slovenia was this beautiful and have such a scenery! I call it nature porn. You can call it whatever you would like ;)
I do recommend going there tho! Drive around the north thru the mountains, there are plenty of beautiful hikes up there!

Hidden in the northern part of Slovenia, at the altitude of 900 m, is the village of Zgornje Jezersko, where you can find Šenk’s eco-homestead. Eight clustered buildings that make up the farm are a pinnacle of Alpine architecture, designed more than 500 years ago. Thanks to the careful and loving renovations, the homestead still has all its original features and is now protected as cultural heritage of national importance.
