Yancheng, a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province, is one of the 27 cities in the central region of the Yangtze River Delta. [It is located in the eastern coast of China, in the middle of Jiangsu Province, bordering the Yellow Sea to the east, Nantong to the south, Yangzhou and Taizhou to the southwest, Huai'an to the northwest, and Lianyungang to the north across the irrigation river.
