We start the day by taking the TeleferiQo Cable Car up to see the impressive views of the city. We then head back into old town to explore and wander around a bit. After eating a typical almuerzo for lunch we climbed to the top of the Basílica del Voto Nacional. We are also giving you a room tour of where we stayed in the heart of old town at Casa Anabela.

???????? SANTOS, SÃO PAULO, Brazil - Today for episode 6 of my 2022 Brazil Travel series, we're visiting one of Brazil's lesser-known beach cities - Santos! The home of coffee, football legend Pelé and Scottish streetcars!
There are lots of things to do or activities in Santos to keep you occupied, such as the Monte Serrat funicular, awesome views, the coffee museum, Pelé museum and much more. It's the most pretty city to be honest, and from what I saw the beaches aren't spectacular, but it's still a welcome break from more commonly visited beaches in Rio. There's some great architecture and history though, especially if you're interested in the brazilian coffee trade or you are a football fan! If you're thinking about where to go in Brazil, Santos could be a good idea for your Brazil itinerary!
