Shopping in China. A Tour to get you started 购物沈阳, Shenyang, China (October 07, 2020)
Hello everyone and welcome back to a tour through the shopping life in Shenyang. You can spend the whole day in just this street to find everything you need whether it is underground or on the 6th floor of a huge shopping mall where you can choose between several ones along the street. So let me give you a short introduction about this huge place which is also close to the imperial palace and zhangs mansion.
Middle Street 中街
Middle Street has a history of more than 100 years. In 2005, Middle Street gained the title of Top 10 Famous Commercial Shopping Streets in China. And in 2008, it won the International Golden Street title.
Middle Street is the first commercial pedestrian street in Chin with many stores and fancy restaurants. The largest shopping mall in Shenyang is also located in the Middle Street, selling products from all around the world.
The history of Zhongjie goes back to the latter part of the Qing Dynasty when it was called Siping Street 四平路. It was the oldest shopping street in Shenyang. In the renovation project in 1997, Zhongjie became China's first pedestrian zone street.

Is China safe? | Safety in China | Is China a safe place to travel? | 中国安全吗?
How safe is China? 中国有多安全?This seems to be a common topic for videos here on Youtube. As a person who has spent a decade in China, I definitely have some thoughts on the matter as well. From the handful of videos I watched on this topic I found that most of them were lacking in nuance and perspective. For example, a person who comes to travel in China for a week just simply won't have the amount of time and experience necessary in country to cover the topic adequately or accurately. Then some of the other videos discuss safety purely from the angle of, If I walk down the street at night, will I get robbed or mugged? That is certainly a question worth asking, but safety and a feeling of being 'safe' includes various other elements as well. For example, if you give an opinion that differs from the status quo in China and face harsh consequences, I believe that should also be considered when discussing the topic of safety. Safety includes a whole host of other things as well. Food safety. Safety regarding transportation (ie traffic accidents, etc). I mainly focus on safety in terms of safety while living or traveling in China. There are other safety-related issues that pertain moreso to locals and Chinese nationals that I do not get into in this video. I've done my best here to give a fair, unbiased take on the issue of 'Safety in China'. I hope you'll get something useful out of it and if you enjoy the video, please show some support for what I do by giving the video a thumbs up, dropping a comment and subscribing to the channel. With the sleeping train in China from Shenyang to Changbaishan. 沈阳 长白山脉 (November 14, 2020)
Hello and welcome back to another video.
Today I take you on a tour to Changbaishan and we start with exploring the sleeping train a little bit and how's the hotel lobby. Next time we see then the beautiful landscape and how easy it is to get yourself a snowboard and start carving the mountain.
The Changbai Mountains are a major mountain range in Northeast Asia that extends from the Northeast Chinese provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning, across the border between China and North Korea to the North Korean provinces of Ryanggang and Chagang. They are also referred to as the Jangbaek or Ohnan Mountains in Korean, and as the Šanggiyan Mountains in Manchu. Most peaks exceed 2,000 meters (6,600 feet) in height, with the highest being Paektu Mountain.
I hope you enjoy the video.

Chinese New Year 4716 Hengyang
Chinese New Year 4716: Hengyang. In my 10+ years living in China I made 2 videos about Chinese New Year, the last one was in 2010 (Chinese New Year 4708: Daxie). This year I had a great opportunity to make another one. This one is a bit long at 42 min. and I know most people don't want to sit and watch a 42 min. movie so I divided it into 4 parts, but you can also watch this full version if you like. This one is packed with a lot of stuff and I know a lot of you will find it very interesting. It has a tour of grandma's home and her garden, a visit to grandpa's grave ( a MUST see), the traditional Chinese New Year dinner, and of course FIREWORKS!! And you know nobody does fireworks better than the Chinese!
Chinese New Year Fireworks
Thanks for watching.
