容桂（jung4 gwai3）：
面積80平方公裏的島嶼。西江流經此處，被稱之爲德勝河。
原是水鄉漁村，容奇、桂洲早在明末清初時出現。其後，作爲順德南部的出海港口迅速發展起來。
1887年，缫絲業迅速掘起，容奇、桂洲占其中13家缫絲廠。
1925年，容奇、桂洲盛為順德最大的蠶絲貿易城鎮。擁有最大的蠶絲市場和80%的蠶繭侖庫。
1978年，開辦全國首家“三來壹補”企業，容奇大進制衣廠。
2000年，容奇和桂州再次合並爲容桂。代表工業有格蘭仕、科龍、萬和、順德海爾等。
漁人碼頭（jyu4 jan4 maa5 tau4）：
初期是建德码头，承担着向香港等地输送各类货品的重任。
上世纪中后旬，是顺德容桂最辉煌的粮食贸易出口站——顺德食出容奇收购站。
现在由“顺德食品进出口公司”经过“三旧改造”而来。
容奇（jung4 kei4）:
舊時的壹個漁村，以境內容山、奇山而得名。明清時期稱爲容奇堡，是當時的商業港埠。
民國時期與桂洲同屬第十區。
中華人民共和國成立後爲區級鎮，1958年與桂洲合並爲容桂公社，1959年分出爲容奇公社，1961年5月起恢複鎮的建制。
桂洲（gwai3 zau1）：
相傳因開村時扶甯崗上長有桂花樹，人稱“桂花洲”，後簡稱“桂洲”。
其曆史可以追溯到南宋末年，南雄珠矶巷人逃難至扶甯崗定居，因崗上有三株較大的桂花樹，故稱桂花洲。
桂洲曆史上曾稱爲桂洲堡及容奇堡馬岡村地，明清時期屬于桂洲堡及容奇堡馬岡村地。
民國時期與容奇同屬第十區，中華人民共和國成立後至1956年仍稱第十區。1956年後先後稱桂洲區、桂洲鄉、桂洲人民公社，1983年11月恢複區的建制，1987年2月撤區建鎮。

Rong Gui:
The island covers an area of 80 square kilometers. The Xijiang River flows through this place and is known as the Desheng River.
It was originally a fishing village in the water township, and Rongqi and Guizhou appeared as early as the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. Subsequently, the port to the sea in the south of Shunde developed rapidly.
In 1887, the reeling industry was rapidly excavated, and Rongqi and Guizhou accounted for 13 of the reeling factories.
In 1925, Rongqi and Guizhou became the largest silk trading towns in Shunde. It has the largest market for coaster and 80% of the cole basket.
In 1978, the country's first three-to-one-supplement enterprise was opened, and Rongqi entered the garment factory.
In 2000, Rongqi and Guizhou merged again to form Ronggui. The representative industries include Glanz, Kelong, Wanhe, Shunde Hail, etc.
