How my life led to full time travel. This is a story I have not yet shared. I wanted to share a bit of background about me and how my life led us to live in a RV full time and travel. Travel has always been a huge goal of mine and I am so thankful for all of the roads that led us to this lifestyle.

We live in a 33 foot fifth wheel tiny home camper that we are currently traveling the USA in! It is an alternative lifestyle we find that it brings us the most freedom. Living in a RV full time was never something we planned to do. Instead we jumped right into it. In a matter of 30 days. We bought a RV and the following day bought a truck to tow with!

Time Travel Gets Complicated in Philadelphia

Skipping around a timeline a little bit today. We've got a conference in Philadelphia to attend this week. Let's go play around in the city of Brotherly Love!

Allie & Steve travel the US and Canada (and maybe Mexico & South America) by way of RV, or road coach, or caravan, or whatever you want to call it. We call him Oscar. He's our lovable 34 foot coach. We travel with our two cats, Spike & Dani, as well as our corgi, Jet. Our channel is about those travels, our hardships, our future plans, our day to day strange encounters, and the reality of living off the grid. We're really not that normal.

Hello everyone,

We're excited to share this project we've been working on. I (Jesse) am a full-time college student at Full Sail University. In my program I have to create various videos and projects. I don't always share them on here since some are very random and off topic. Today however I have a perfect one to share. This is only a piece of the full documentary which we'll be launching soon. Be sure to subscribe so that you don't miss it!.

We'll touch on the subjects of why people choose to travel, as well as why they don't. We certainly understand travel isn't for everyone, but there are so many people we come across daily that share their own desires to do something similar. In this documentary (and more so in the full length documentary coming out soon) we explore the rationale for making such a drastic choice. We also explore the societal constraints which make these kinds of life choices challenging, if not impossible.

Taking off, throwing caution to the wind, and setting course for places you've dreamt sounds great, but hard to make a reality. We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

Have you ever gone on a long term trip, or ever wanted to?
How would people react to that decision, positively/negatively?

Please let us know what you think and stay tuned for the full length version coming soon!

We traded-in our Typical American Life for one of Adventure - SO CAN YOU. Here we share our journey in hopes it will inspire others to follow their own passions.

We're Jesse, Jenny, and Tucker. Almost one year ago we began this adventure. We are currently living fulltime in a 2002, American Eagle motorhome. A literal home on wheels! We spent the holidays with family, the winter in Mexico, this summer making a movie called RV Nomads, and are now traveling around the Western US looking for our next place to call home.

We've just announced our upcoming video series Path To Full Time. This is where we'll share all the valuable lessons learned during our transition into traveling full-time. The videos will be totally free, and right here on our channel. Be sure to subscribe so that you don't miss it!

RV NOMADS the Movie -

************************** CAMERA GEAR *****************************

Our Olympus camera has served us well. Many people don't know about this camera and often overlook it because it doesn't shoot 4K. We don't produce any 4K content so that's just fine for us, and this camera's 5-axis stabilization blows most other cameras out of the water. We're able to shoot handheld while the video looks like it's on a tripod. Now if only these fancy lenses were a lil' cheaper & smaller!

Olympus OMD EM5 mk2
Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO Lens
Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO Lens
DJI Phantom 3 Pro (yes we still use a drone that's, like, over two years old!) haha

A camera kit isn't complete without some action cameras. Here's our Go Pro selection and accessories. While we have dozens of accessories we'll only list the ones we ACTUALLY use here:
GoPro HERO Session
GoPro HERO5 Black
GoPro HERO6 Black
GoPro Suction Cup Mount
GoPro Floaty
GoPro Jaws: Flex Clamp
GoPro Chest Mount
GoPro Helmet Mount
Manfrotto Small Tripod

Aside from these cameras, we often just grab Jesse's iPhone 7+ to capture footage on the fly.

Dealing with Travel Burn Out as a RV or Boating Nomad

The life of a nomad - constant new amazing locations! It can sound so romantic. But sometimes we get tired of the constant juggling of logistics, changing locations, finding local amenities, places to stay and packing up. It can sometimes leave little time for dealing with life - work, family, medical or other life changes.

While our lives over the past 11 years have been mostly hyper-mobile (moving locations every week or two) and we absolutely love it - sometimes we get the burnt out too. In this casual chat, we'll talk about it - and aways to deal with it without losing your nomad card.

This is an archive of a live video event - if that's not your preference, check out our many other playlists of more produced content.

Cherie & Chris have been full time technomads since 2006. In the winter we explore land in our 1961 GM 4106 bus conversion. In the spring/summer we move aboard our 1999 Bayliner 4788 slowly exploring America's waterways along the Great Loop.

We share for fun in our spare time. We have full time jobs that fund our adventures - running - where we track mobile internet options for RVers and cruisers.

We love sharing a slice of our life with others at Facebook and Instagram. Come join the adventure!

May is a great time to travel and here are 5 of our top picks for the month.

A scorching climate and scores of beautiful golden beaches make Mallorca a year-round favourite. However, the range of events and festivals taking play in May make this time of year an especially good time to visit.

Highlights include the Pollença Wine Festival, the Moors and Christians mock battle in Soller, and the medieval faire in Capdepera.

Corfu’s Kassiopi is the largest village in the northeast of the island - boasting a picturesque setting and a rich history. In May every year the village holds a wine festival in the harbour, bringing in locals and tourists from all over Corfu to take part in the celebrations.

Hong Kong’s annual Dragon Boat festival commemorates the exiled minister and poet Qu Yuan. The tradition of boat racing started after local people rushed out in their boats to save Qu Yuan as he drowned himself in the bay after becoming disillusioned with the government during his exile.

These days though it’s a much more positive event, with locals and tourists enjoying a carnival of boat racing, eating and drinking local delicacies.

Buddha Jayanti in Delhi is celebrated on the full moon in the month of Vaisakhi which is usually between April and May. The festival is a day for greeting and celebrating where you can expect dance performances, rituals and a celebration of colour.

In May Bratislava Castle hosts the annual Slovak food festival, which attracts over 20,000 visitors. The festival is free to attend, and with a full programme of events which include musicians, a cooking school, children's attractions, and contests - it really is a community event that is not to be missed.

So those were our top picks for Travelling Better in May!

Namibia Vacation Travel Video Guide

Travel video about destination Namibia.
Windhoek is the flourishing capital of Namibia and it is from here that we begin a journey through this country and experience some of the magic of the Dark Continent on a luxurious train - the Desert Express!Dating back to colonial times, the Christ Church is a reminder of the end of hostilities between the Germans and the indigenous population during the period when it was known as ‘German West Africa’, and indeed German influence in this part of the world is still very much in evidence today. A short journey leads into the isolated loneliness of the prairie and to lion feeding at the Okapuka Ranch in which an Austrian keeps lions in their natural environment. A popular holiday resort on the mouth of the River Swakop and the final destination of the rail journey, Swakopumund, through whose harbour everything that was used in German West Africa was transported, resulting in a regular trading route between Swakopmund and Hamburg for more than ten years - a hint of Germany on the edge of the desert! In Swakopumund there are architectural treasures that were rented out in the days of the Kaiser and are reminiscent of various houses in Berlin. This is a part of Germany that no longer exists in Germany itself. Moon Valley is bizarre and extra-terrestrial and for millions of years it has withstood the erosive power of the Swakop. With its deep-cut valleys and no vegetation in sight, the endless rocky landscape seems unfriendly, life threatening and impassable. Namutoni Camp is situated in the centre of the Etosha National Park and has a history that dates back to 1851. Thirsty antelopes and zebras rendezvous at a watering hole while a herd of elephants drink at another. Namibia is, quite rightly, a much sought after tourist destination. White deserts, wild animals, mountains strewn with ravines, and white beaches - Africa’s south west is full of more than a few colourful surprises!
