Rublyovka is an unofficial name for the territory to the west of Moscow in the district of Rublyovo-Uspensky, Podushkinsky, 1st and 2nd Uspensky highways, including part of the territory of the Odintsovsky district of the Moscow region, built up with dachas of the former Soviet elite, fashionable cottage villages of celebrities and writers, residences of higher districts faces of the state.
The administrative-territorial unit Rublyovka does not exist, but the unofficial name is widely used in the media, cinema, fiction and real estate. At the same time, since the beginning of the 21st century, settlements that have never been associated with it have been increasingly attributed to Rublyovka: on the Rublyovka map posted on the Rublyovka information portal. Name, its boundaries extend far beyond
Rublyovo-Uspenskoye highway and Odintsovo district, and Rublevka includes new cottage villages built near the Central Ring Road and Zvenigorod, in the neighboring Krasnogorsk district, on Ilyinsky, and also Mozhayskoye highway. The village of Rublyovo, after which the Rublyovo-Uspenskoe highway is named, is not included in Rublyovka.
To the question “What is Rublyovka?” its inhabitant, the former deputy head of the presidential administration of Russia, Alexei Volin, answered in April 2009:

Most of the action in the Russian real estate market is in the big cities, as interest rates fall. The nationwide price index for resale apartments rose by 6.91% during the year to Q2 2019, an improvement from the previous year’s 1.55% growth. However, St. Petersburg, resale apartment prices surged by 14.6% y-o-y to Q2 2019, a sharp improvement from the prior year’s 2.22% growth. Inflation-adjusted prices rose by 9.16%.
