Shaba Street is on the edge of National Highway 214, located in Dali (city) in Eryuan, and there are big markets such as Jiangwei and Yousuo nearby. However, the dates of these markets and Shaba are staggered, so there is no contradiction. The history of Shapa Street is not long. It was only formed in the 1980s on a vacant lot of abandoned farmland. In the past, people from nearby villages mainly went to the sand flat in Guanzhen, but felt that the sand flat was too small, so they spontaneously built a larger market here. Later, the Yutan Fair (Yutan Fair and Sanyue Street are the two largest folk fairs in Dali) originally held in Yutanpo, Shaping was also moved to Shaba Street, making Shaba Street even bigger.
