Colorful and action-filled Mexican bull-riding and music fiesta at a village rodeo
Documentary exposition of the modern Mexico jaripeo, a big fiesta attended by the general public, with clowns and cattlehandlers, drunks and dancers, pumpkin seed vendors, little kids, ranchers and the stars of the show, the daring young riders of wild bulls. On the stage The Indominables a smoking hot rural Mexico 15-piece musical band. Filmed in Tecalpulco, Guerrero, Mexico.
The colorful jaripeo of modern rural Mexico where villagers go to have a good time and relax, to hear some great live music and enjoy the social get-together, and of course to see the bull-mounts. The Pimpinela Show that evening was very surprising! Nobody had ever seen anything like it before or since. The music of The Indominables (trombones, trumpets, drums, keyboard, two voices) was really excellent!!!
The rides were all good ones - some, ending suddenly with victory for the bull, and some resulting in victory for the young champion.
The English subtitles make for a fascinating viewing experience. It is quite entertaining, what the announcer is saying, and the quaint lyrics of classic mexican band songs.
