Yasuj waterfall is one of the main sightseeing places of Yasuj located in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province and one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Iran, which is located 2 kilometers from the center of Yasuj and in the north of Yasuj. One of the most beautiful valleys in the world ,, and the conditions are unique ,it is located in Iran around the Yasuj on the border between Pataveh and Dehdasht .
This beautiful valley, which fortunately has remained pristine so far, and man has no role in its design and is more than one and half kilometers long, and the depth of the valley varies from about 5 to 10 meters.
In the plane made of flat natural pavements ,grass and grass have grown between the stones of this bed, due to passage of time and water erosion, in the heart of the boulders and in the form of stairs, a deep valley have been created.
Which is the length of about one and half kilometers.
This beautiful valley is naturally lined with rocky outcrops , which thrills every viewer, and at the bottom of it, are amazing abrasions caused by the passage of large amounts of water during rainfall .
In the some parts of the country, some water is stored on boundaries in the spring.
The unique feature of this valley is that in the formation of the valley floor , and the height of its walls ,and the plain in which it is created ,soil has no role , and all this structure is made of natural balanced stones.
یکی از زیباترین دره هایی که در جهان وجود دارد و شاید نمای منحصر بفرد دارد در ایران در حوالی شهر یاسوج در حد فاصل بین راه پاتاوه به دهدشت واقع است.
این دره زیبا که خوشبختانه تاکنون بصورت بکر باقی مانده است و انسان در طراحی ان هیچ نقشی ندارد ، طول بیشتر از 1.5 کیلومتر دارد و عمق آن از حدود 5 تا 10 متر متفاوت میباشد.
در دشتی ساخته از سنگفرشهای مسطح ، که در بین تخته سنگهایش علف و سبزه روییده است، در اثر گذر زمان و فرسایش آب ، و در دل تخته سنگها و بصورت پلکانی دره ای عمیق بوجود امده است که طولی حدود 1.5 کیلومتر دارد.
این دره زیبا بطور طبیعی چنان کناره های سنگچینی شده ای دارد که هر بیننده ای را به وجد می آورد و ته آن ساییدگی های حیرت انگیز در اثر عبور مقادیر فراوان آب در زمان بارش تشکیل شده است، و در بعضی جاها در فصل بهارمقادیری آب در کف آن روی تخته سنگها ذخیره شده است.
خصوصیت منحصر بفرد این دره این است که در تشکیل کف دره و و ارتفاع دیواره های آن و دشتی که دره در آن ایجاد شده است ، خاک نقشی ندارد و همه این ساختار از قطعه سنگهای موزون طبیعی تشکیل شده است.

My name's Michael and I'm the Marketing Manager for Wild Frontiers. I'm here at the magnificent site of Persepolis in Iran. I've been in Iran for two weeks now and so far I've been enchanted by this fascinating country.
CITIES
The capital Tehran is most people's starting point, and in this busy city you can see ostentatious ornaments from the royal household in the crown jewels museum, and wander around the Shah's old residence, Golestan Palace. Just north of Tehran you can visit the Elburz Mountains for skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.
But the real highlights lie elsewhere. In the off-the-beaten-track city of Yazd you'll find a cityscape dotted with the ingenious wind tunnels -- which could be described as the world's first air-conditioning system - the ancient Zoroastrian site of the Towers of Silence, the magnificent Friday Mosque and a number of beautiful palaces and gardens.
Shiraz meanwhile is a lovely university town, known as the city of poets, wine, literature and flowers, and is a real delight. I particularly loved visiting the atmospheric tomb of the Persian poet Hafez. In the evenings it has a magical atmosphere as people gather to read poetry and celebrate the life of this revered poet. Shiraz is also blessed with numerous picturesque mosques and beautiful gardens.
The jewel in the Persian crown is undoubtedly the beautiful city of Esfahan, which has one of the largest squares in the world in the breathtaking Naqsh Jahan Square and probably the most stunning Islamic architecture found anywhere. Esfahan is unbelievably picturesque, with its famed bridges and lively bazaars.
ANCIENT SITES
Iran has a long and rich history, with the Persian Empire at one point ruling over 44% of the world's population. The country is home to some world-class archaeological sites, including the rock-carved tombs of Nagsh e Rostam, where Darius the great is buried, and the spectacular Achamaenid palace complex at Persepolis. This ancient palace was built by Darius the Great to celebrate events such as the Persian New Year, when representatives from the four corners of the empire would congregate. This vast site merits at least a couple of hours to explore the ruins and bas reliefs.
SCENERY
But it's not only about the cities and ancient sites, the scenery of Iran is an unexpected highlight. From beautiful picnic spots such as the Murgon Waterfalls, to fertile valleys in the Bavanat Mountains, where you can encounter Kashqai nomads and see a way of life that has changed little over centuries. In the Dena mountains around Yasuj you'll find an alpine scenery of snow-capped mountains, lakes and streams. It is well worth spending some time away from the better-known cultural sites to explore this lesser-known side of Iran. It really is a beautiful country.
THE PEOPLE
The people of Iran are another real highlight, being welcoming and keen to engage in conversation about everything from politics to football. You are likely to be surrounded by schoolkids asking you questions, offered tea and invited to share in picnics with the locals pretty much wherever you go.
If ever a people were misrepresented by a regime it would be the Iranians. Thanks to a baby boom in the 80's, over 60% of its 70 million population are aged under 30. This generation is well-educated, worldly, and exposed to global media through the internet. Walking around the streets -- which are incidentally very safe - this certainly feels like a nation on the cusp of change.
So forget about any preconceptions you may have about safety, security, or the welcome you'll receive in Iran. Khuzestan is one of the vast provinces of Iran, which is on the list of tourist provinces with many ancient and natural attractions, and countless nature lovers enter this province every year. One of the characteristics of Khuzestan province is that it is tropical, which has caused this province to host enthusiasts during the autumn and winter seasons, when most of the provinces of Iran have a cold climate.
Existence of abundant oil and gas resources in the south of Iran has caused beautiful and extraordinary phenomena. One of these phenomena is located in Khuzestan province near the city of Ramhormoz. Natural gas comes out of the ground through pores and burns slowly. The gas originates from the earth’s surface and probably opened its way to the earth’s surface due to an earthquake-like phenomenon.
Atash Kooh or “Tash Kooh” (Fire Mountain) is one of the tourist attractions of Khuzestan province that attracts many enthusiasts. This mountain is located about 20 km from Ramhormoz, on the way to Baghmalek road and Mamatin village, and you do not need to walk long to reach it.

Sisakhet city is located 35 km northwest of the city of Yasuj, the capital of the province, in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces of Iran. This city is the center of Dana city.

Hi everyone today we walk in SHABESTAR SARKAND-E DIZAJ WATERFALL in Shabestar
Sarkandizaj waterfall is one of the sights of East Azerbaijan province, which is located 2 km from Sarkandizaj village of Shabestar city. The water of this waterfall is supplied through the springs of the heights of Mishu mountain range. This waterfall is located in the west of Mishu Mountains and 15 km west of Sufyan city in mountainous areas. Sarkandizaj waterfall with an area of 300 square meters is a summer traveler.
After passing through the tall walnut and almond trees, you will reach the end of the car path and from there it is about a 15 minute walk to the waterfall. The most beautiful part of the route is at the end of it, which includes a gap of about two hundred meters between the mountains. Both sides of this gap are surrounded by high cliffs and to see it you have to go through this valley and through the water. At the end of the gorge, an area appears that is very exciting and joyful with water droplets scattered from the waterfall. According to the locals, there are several similar waterfalls in other directions of this rugged rock, each of which has its own beauty.
The waterfall is located at the end of a gap of about two hundred meters, which is surrounded on both sides by high cliffs, and to see it, you have to go through this valley and through the water. In some parts of the route, in some months of the year, the water is so deep that it will wet your knees in some places, and one of the most important attractions of this waterfall is the passage of the entire route through the water. In this exciting path that you pass through the water, it is not bad to look at the top of your head, you will see large stones above your head that are located in the middle of high walls, as if they may fall with the slightest movement at any moment!
At the end of the gorge, an area appears that is very exciting and joyful with water droplets scattered from the waterfall, and crossing this path and reaching the waterfall at the end of it gives you so much fun that it will stay in your mind forever.

Lisar Castle (also called Salsal) (قلعه سلسال) belongs to the Seljuk period and is located in Lisar city in Gilan province in Iran. The height of this castle is about 100 meters above sea level. This castle has a beautiful view of the plain and Caspian coast and has many attractions for tourists due to its military architecture.
Lawton waterfall is located in Gilan province, 15 km south of Astara city, Lundville city, Kote Kome village. The approximate height of Lawton waterfall is 105 meters, which is considered the highest waterfall in Iran. The distance from Kote Kome village to the waterfall is about 6 km.

Khor Waterfall is one of the highest waterfalls close to Tehran. It is located along the rout of Karaj to Chalus and in 17km of this road. The height is approximately 50meters.
