Die nächste Etappe unserer Ostertour durch das Elsass führt von Eguisheim in die Vogesen. Vorbei am Lac du Lauch, über Passstraßen zum höchsten Berg der Vogesen, dem Grand Ballon. Endlich wieder einmal ein Stück wandern, entlang einer grandiosen Aussicht bis hin zu den Alpen. Der Zufall führte uns zum Übernachten an einen Ort, den wir leichtsinniger Weise fast ignoriert hätten - zur Abtei Murbach.

Our best vacation ever
Vogesen - Drei Burgen Rundwanderung nahe Colmar
Eine wunderschöne Rundtour, die sich gerade lohnt, wenn in den Bergen der Vogesen Wolken hängen.
Oberhalb von Colmar geht es in den Hügeln in einer schönen Rundwanderung an drei Burgen vorbei. Wir starten unweit der Hohlandsbourg, wo man kostenlos parken kann. Dann geht es durch den urigen Wald ohne größere Steigungen an Felsformationen (sehenswert: Le rocher Turenne) vorbei zu den Trois Chateaux, eine Ansammlung von insgesamt drei Burgruinen aus dem 11. und 12. Jahrhundert. Von hier geht es etwas steiler abwärts und über Waldpfade weiter zur kleineren Ruine Chateau Hagueneck, wo man auf den Turm aufsteigen kann. Hier sollte man sich vorher über die Öffnungszeiten informieren, besonders außerhalb der Sommersaison.
