Adventures: A Weekend in Northeast Ohio
We had time for one last weekend away before my friend headed back to China. This time, we decided to explore parts of our home state of Ohio.
A drive through Coshocton County prompted a quick stop at Roscoe Village, a restored canal town on the Ohio & Erie Canal. We then headed to Holmes County, the heart of Ohio's Amish country. Picturesque views and delicious local foods coupled with quaint small towns make for an ideal place to visit. We took a short drive through Cuyahoga Valley National Park for some breathtaking waterfalls on our way to the corner of the state; Ashtabula County. With its lakeshore and lighthouses, the Grand River wine region, and the most covered bridges of any county in Ohio, Ashtabula County had no shortage of things to see.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally 2023: In this video we take a friendly stroll down Main Street Sturgis Sunday August 6th, 2023. In this second edition of Raw Street Walker First Person (POV) Footage. The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is held annually in Sturgis, South Dakota, and the surrounding Black Hills region of the United States. It began in 1938 by a group of Indian Motorcycle riders and was originally held for stunts and races. Since then, the rally has become a massive party that consists of events put on by several different groups. Attendance has historically been around 500,000 people, reaching a high of over 700,000 in 2015. Bryan, Ohio
Bryan is a city in the county seat of Williams County, Ohio. Bryan was formed in 1840 and named after John A. Bryan a former Ohio Auditor and the person who donated the land for the county seat. Known as the Fountain City. Bryan earned the nick name thanks to a networks of underground springs. In 1888, the county courthouse was constructed on the city square, having under gone several renovations that kept the architectural integrity while ensuring the building will last for future generations.
Worst RV Campground Ever // (And How we Saved our Weekend!)
***SHADY GROVE CAMPGROUND, DENVER PA***
One of our biggest camping fears came to life this past weekend as we pulled into possibly the worlds worst RV campground. While the spots were tight, the sewer connections were not and we found ourselves in a bad camping situation pretty quickly.
After a confusing run in with some of the seasonal campers, we decided it wasn't worth the stress we had to save our weekend - and in this case we only had one option. To hook our Shadow Cruiser Travel Trailer back up and head home.
Currently holding the record for our shortest camping trip (19 hours between check in and check out) it taught us a lot about vetting campgrounds, when to call it quits, and what red flags to look out for when looking for a place to camp with our travel trailer.

2023 Fairfield County Fair (Lancaster, OH - 4K HDR)
It’s the final county fair in Ohio for 2023 and it’s another new-to-me fair- the 2023 Fairfield County Fair located in the picturesque town of Lancaster, OH. Kissel Amusements was the primary ride provider with their Majestic Musik Express, Chance Zumur, Wisdom Sizzler and the world-famous Ali Babba, and Poor Jack Amusements was along for the ride with their KMG Freak Out, Wadkins Expo Wheel, Zamperla Crazy Bus and a fun house. Nice weather and Demolition Derby night meant a TON of people were in attendance. So many people that I couldn’t handle the crowds and ended up staying for a grand total of about 40 minutes. Anyhow, this will be my last video for a while as I have a bunch of medical tests to deal with over the next few weeks, so as always, enjoy and I sincerely thank everyone for watching. ????
