aujourd'hui c'est Villefranche de Rouergue qui est à l'honneur! Visite de la ville par le sentier du patrimoine ainsi que son marché magistral. D'ailleurs je n'ai pas pu gardé tous les plans de ce dernier au montage tellement il est immense. Tout le centre ville est à voir ainsi que les abords de l'Aveyron (cours d'eau). En ce début juin 2022, je décide de parcourir deux variantes du chemin de Compostelle le plus fréquenté en France (la voie du Puy) : les voies de Rocamadour et de Villefranche-de-Rouergue.
Ce sixième épisode se concentre sur mon dernier jour de marche, ainsi que sur ma première journée à Villefranche-de-Rouergue, mon ultime destination.

Najac is a medieval village that is renowned for its beauty. It has a rich architectural heritage and a stunning natural environment. These features have earned it the titles of one of the most beautiful villages in France, a Town of Art and History, and a Grand Site of Midi-Pyrénées, along with Villefranche de Rouergue. The village lies on a rocky ridge with a fortress that was once a strategic prize for the French and English kings. It has lauze-roofed houses that overlook the wild Aveyron gorges. It is a green village, with forests that change colors throughout the year.

Najac is a village in the Aveyron department of France, known for its medieval fortress and its bastide. Najac was founded in the 11th century by the lords of Najac, who built the castle on a rocky ridge overlooking the Aveyron river. The castle was later expanded and fortified by the kings of France and England, who fought for its control during the Hundred Years' War. Najac became a royal bastide in the 13th century, under the orders of Alphonse de Poitiers, the brother of King Louis IX. The bastide was a planned town with a grid layout and a central square. Najac's architectural and natural heritage have earned it the titles of one of the most beautiful villages in France, a Town of Art and History, and a Grand Site of Midi-Pyrénées.

Por sinal essa cidade q você pode nunca ter ouvido falar antes, já foi palco de filme de James bond. Jamais plus Jamais 1983. Temos que levar em consideração que ela fica a algumas cidades de Cannes. Cannes, sabe? aquele local exuberante onde tem o festival de Cannes? Esse mesmo.
A cidade de Villefranche-Sur-Mer é um destino muito procurado, principalmente, na época da alta temporada. Isso pq as praias de Villefranche são lindíssimas e super calminhas.
