VISIT HERDADE do CEBOLAL VINEYARD in Portugal
We visited the Herdade do Cebolal vineyard in Portugal and enjoyed a nice tour. We learned how they make some of their wines and enjoyed a nice wine tasting with amazing tapas!
The tour cost 17 Euros and with the wine and tapas, it is more than worth it.
The really cool thing about this vineyard is their sea wine. They are aging wine in the ocean! The bottles cost 30 Euros and they each have their own unique label created from the algae and sea life that forms to the glass bottles as they sit under the sea.

Um video compacto sobre Pinhel. É cidade histórica pela posição que ocupa em terras de fronteira da Beira, e fica a 30km da Guarda capital do distrito. O Castelo é da época da fundação de Portugal, pois a fronteira com o Reino de Leão era aqui perto, e havia que defender e povoar o território. Terra produtora de excelentes vinhos de mesa. Porto's streets were lively for a Wednesday night! I saw more people than I expected enjoying the cafes, bars, and street musicians. And, as a Canadian, I'm still getting accustomed to the idea of people sitting on patios for hours in their winter coats!
The walk starts at my apartment rental near Câmara Municipal do Porto and winds through the busy streets ending at the Rio Duero (Douro River).
