Shree Krishna Matha: Many people visit Udupi with prime objective of visiting Shree Krishna Matha, if you are visiting this temple during afternoon time, you must have Bhojan prasad at the temple.
Breakfast at Mitra samaj - This is a very old eatery, though small in size, famous for authentic Udupi food, this is just outside the backside of the temple on the car street only.
Kesari Bhath - Rs 35
1 idli and 1 vada -Rs 40
Poori bhaji - Rs 40
Buns - Rs 20 per Pc

After this we spent some time roaming around the car street and we visited 1-2 guest houses in the vicinity.

Delta point - post the temple visit we went to see Delta point, this is a lovely place, if you are in Udupi then you should not miss visiting this awesome location, best time to go there is in the evening.
Diana hotel - This hotel in Udupi is famous for Veg cutlet and Gadbad ice cream, we went there on Tuesday and learnt that the restaurant is closed on Tuesday.
MTR Udupi Dinner - This is a nice restaurant, i was told that MTR is a Bangalore based chain , i enjoyed a meal at this restaurant in Udupi.

During our day trip to Udupi, we explored some of the must-visit places or tourist places in Udupi and found some Udupi food joints, which are undoubtedly some of the best places to eat in Udupi. We also went to the different beaches to explore the coastal side of Udupi and all of this we covered only in a single day. So, this video can act as a Udupi travel guide for you and we will tell you Places to Visit, Places to eat, some of the best beaches, and how to hire a bike in Udupi.
Things we did in One Day in Udupi:
1. Visited Padukere beach
2. Darshan at Krishna Matha also known as Sri Krishna Temple
3. Had a Unique Udupi breakfast at Mitra Samaj restaurant, one of the best places for Food in Udupi
4. Rented a bike from Manipal at the cheapest price, Royal Brothers Bike Rentals
5. Another Best place to have lunch, breakfast, or dinner in Udupi is Woodlands Restaurant, we loved their leaf idli and Dahi vada.
6. Visited Malpe Beach. Malpe is the Best Beach in Udupi. Malpe is a calm beach town near the temple town of Udupi in Coastal Karnataka. Malpe is known for its fishing harbor, St Mary's Island, and beaches.
7. We went to Kodi Bengre Beach, which is a paradise for beach lovers. This beach is unique because it's surrounded by water on three sides. The Suvarna River flows into the Arabian Sea here, creating a beautiful delta. That's why it's called Delta Beach, and some folks also call it a 'sangama' point.
8. Went to Kemmannu Hanging Bridge. It was built to connect Padu Kudru and Thimmanna Kudru of the Swarna River.
9. Enjoyed the sunset at Manipal Lake. This lake due to which Manipal owes its name still has a pride of place in this university town and it offers boating facilities.
10. Tried some sweet dishes at Om Utsaav Sweets, which is one of the finest sweet shops in Udupi.
11. We had an amazing mouth-watering South Indian dinner at Hotel Shanthi Sagar Udupi. This restaurant is near to Udupi bus stand and you should at least try their Dosai and South Indian meal.
