is a Rococo palace located in Tsarkoye Selo, 30 km south of Saint Petersburg, Russia. It was built in 1712 by order of the Russian Empress Catherine I. It was considered the summer palace of the Russian tsars. Today, it is a museum, a garden, and a large lake for tourists.

Kolonistsky Park is one of the attractions and visited places in Peterhof, and is known as the Peterhof Landscape Park.
Kolonistsky Park is located in the very center of Peterhof, which is part of the federal city of St. Petersburg, opposite the Upper Garden, the Peterhof Palace and Park Ensemble.
Kolonistsky Park, like the nearby Alexandria Park, was created at the behest of Emperor Nicholas I, who wanted to ennoble Peterhof. The park was created on the site of hunting wetlands according to the project of the architect Andrey Ivanovich Shtakenshneider and with the participation of garden master Pyotr Ivanovich Erler.
The name Kolonistsky park was due to the fact that the Alexandria German colony adjoined its southern border, which was moved to this place in 1833 and named after the wife of Nicholas I, Empress Alexandra Feodorovna.

10. The Upper Düden Falls. These waterfalls are an oasis of peace and nature located in the bustling city of Antalya.
9. The Tünek Tepe hike. The trail is located right on the outskirts of the city and is about 7km out-and-back. The top of the trail offers a birds-eye view of Antalya as well as the beautiful blue waters and mountains around.

8. The Lower Düden Falls. These waterfalls are in a different location than the Upper Düden Falls, but both are part of the same underground river. The water drops about 40m into the sea, creating an impressive sight.
7. The 7th best thing to do in Antalya is to watch the sunset. With its year-round good weather, Antalya is the perfect place to see the sun go down. Our favorite spots are the Old Town Harbour and Atatürk Park.
6. The ancient city of Aspendos, which is one of the best-preserved Roman theatre in the Mediterranean. There is an impressive old theatre, which is still in use today. You’ll also find ancient ruins of the city, such as an arena, basilica, aqueducts, temples and streets.
5. The Kursunlu waterfall ranks number 5 in Antalya because of its unique color and lush nature around it. It is located about 22km to the north of Antalya, but it feels much further from the city. The area consists of waterfalls connecting 7 ponds and a backdrop of lush pine trees.
4. The fourth best thing to do in Antalya is to visit the ancient city of Perge. Here, you can see the remains of the city, such as the column lined streets, the necropolis, Roman baths, and Greek and Roman gates.
3. Konyaalti Beach. It's one of the two main beaches of Antalya and located on the western side of the city. The beach itself is made of pebbles instead of sand, with a beach park and numerous bars, cafes, and hotels right beside it. Konyaalti Beach is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day.
2. The Old Town (Kaleici). This is Antalya’s most picturesque place. You’ll find narrow cobblestone streets, traditional houses, and a charming harbour. Tyumen is a city on the Tura River, in the vast Russian region of Siberia. Its riverside promenade runs northwest from city center towards the gold-domed Holy Trinity Monastery.
Built in the 18th century, Znamensky Cathedral has blue-and-white baroque towers. Also in the center, the Museum of Fine Arts exhibits portraits and works by Siberian artists. Across the river, Gagarin Park is home to a peaceful, wooded area.

This is a beautiful river going through the Tyumen area. In winter there is ice fishing and a beautiful bridge view. In summer there are boat rides. Along the bank there is also ice skating in winter. Very beautiful at night.

The climate is cold and temperate. Tyumen is a city with a significant rainfall. Even in the driest month there is a lot of rain. This location is classified as Dfb by Köppen and Geiger. The average annual temperature in Tyumen is 2.2 °C

Most Tyumen city tours begin at Tura River Embankment, one of the area’s most scenic spots from which sweeping views of Holy Trinity Monastery and Church of the Holy Cross Exaltation open up from Lovers’ Bridge.
Historical Square marks the site of Tyumen’s earliest settlements. Not far from Historical Square is Holy Trinity Monastery, which opened in 1616 and is the oldest surviving hermitage in the city today. One of Tyumen’s most significant religious sites, it attracts many Orthodox pilgrims from Western Siberia and the Urals. The monastery is accompanied by a gorgeous green square which is particularly beautiful in spring when the apple trees are in bloom.

Tyumen in the Spring
Tyumen is the capital of the Tyumen Oblast. It has about 582000 inhabitants and is located along the river Tura.
Tyumen represents the oldest Russian settling in Siberia and was founded in 1586. In earlier times the region has been a Tatar town, called Chingi-Tura. In 1782 Tyumen became a city charter. Generally in the 18th century it had developed to a important center of trade between China and Russia.
In the last centuries, the typical local architecture was built in wood. That's why much historical substance was lost until today. But the historical center still possesses many old wooden houses, which are in more or less good restauration conditions.
The riverside of the Tura has been expanded to a huge promenade, which is always busy with all kinds of rban life.
A specific character of this fascinating region are the inspiring light conditions, which illuminate the orthodox churches and other interesting buildings in changing ways.
In winter all waters are completely frozen, including the river Tura. In early April, the ice breakes and floes drift on the water surface downriver. Finally in the beginning of May, all meltwater leads to a flooding of Tura, which covers the lower regions of the waterfront.
