In this video Aorn, Ananda and I take you to Huai Yot in Trang, Thailand for a huge food tour of Trang restaurants and street food, an amazing cave and some other places of interest. It is said that in Trang the food is so good that the locals there eat 9 times per day! We went exploring in Huai Yot, an old town in Trang where some of the famous Trang food originated from.

KRABI, THAILAND (2023) | 10 BEST Things To Do In Krabi (Ao Nang & Around)
Krabi is located on southern Thailand’s west coast. Krabi is home to impressive limestone cliffs, dense mangrove forests, white sand beaches, and more than 100 offshore islands.

10. Enjoy the Ao Nang beaches & sunset
Ao Nang Beach is a great place to admire the Andaman sea, take a dip, and watch the sunset.
9. Explore the food & nightlife at Ao Nang
The Soi RCA Entertainment area is the place to go if you’re looking for a late night party.
8. Go For an Island-Hopping Tour
We did a day trip by longtail boat, covering 4 islands. There were multiple stops for swimming and snorkeling and a stop at Railay Beach.

7. Hike the Wat Tham Sua
Sitting right outside of Krabi Town, the Tiger Cave Temple is certainly worth a visit. Most visitors come to climb the 1,260 steps to the top of the hill.
6. Explore Thung Teao Forest Natural Park
There is a short boardwalk trail that takes you to three different pools in the middle of the jungle: Crystal Pool, Emerald Pool, and the Blue Pool.
5. Dip into the Krabi Hot Springs
Cut into smooth rocks, the hot springs flow from deep rooted thermal springs that are located inside volcanic chambers.

TRANG THAILAND┃FROG EYE TUK TUK TOUR the only way to Travel┃Trang City Train Station & Sights
Today we are back in Trang and taking a look around by Tuk Tuk.
These very unique FROG EYE Tuk Tuk originally from japan and imported in the 1950s can now only be found in a very few areas in Thailand and Trang is one of those places.
We start our journey from Trang City train station where you can catch a train all the way to Bangkok then, we then move to the Trang city park and do a spot of fish feeding before travelling down to the Trangs clock tower where the daily market is held nearby. What's it Like in Koh Mook? - Trang | THAILAND
Getting across to Koh Mook from Trang is really easy. We booked to stay at a place Nature Hill and they arranged a minivan and boat pick up service from our hotel in Trang which took us to the pier. (Kuan Tung Pier) This cost 250 thb per person. ( £5.60) Once at the pier we caught a boat across to Koh Mook.
The island is small and while we were there it was extremely quiet. The water here is incredibly clear, perfect for snorkelling or just relaxing while taking in the beautiful view.
There are no cars on the island. You can find either bicycles or motorcycles. It's very easy to get around on foot. Make sure you remember to take some money with you as we only saw one ATM and it could only be used with a Krungsri account. ( Thai bank)

Trang Thailand is a great place for holidaying and touring. It’s largely unknown and is not at all touristy, but it has all things tourists love to see: beautiful beaches, unspoiled tropical islands, stunning waterfalls and amazing national parks. There’s also great food available there and it is inhabited by very friendly people. It’s definitely worth a visit to Trang! This video is a vlog I made while on a short family holiday at Christmas time.
The video features the activities we did in Trang: visiting night markets and food markets, sightseeing at the beaches and touring the islands of Trang. We had a great time there.

You’ll find street food on many street corners in Thailand, be it in Trang, Krabi or Phuket and at all of the markets. Thai food markets are one of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai food while you travel in Thailand. There are loads of Thai food markets and night market all over Thailand, and heaps around Phuket. At the markets you'll find so many Thai dishes on offer and the foods here are cheap, and so tasty! And in case you’re worried, eating Thai street food is perfectly safe. It’s what the locals eat and it is cooked fresh and sold quickly. I’ve been eating it nearly daily for 4 years in Thailand and my friends who have been to visit and tour Thailand have all eaten it, and none of us have had any problems. Thai street food is some of the best Thai food you’ll find in Thailand!

The markets in Thailand are also a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand. You can shop alongside the locals and learn what they buy and eat. And the markets are a great place to try traditional Thai street foods, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai dishes in Thailand. You'll see the people cooking the food right in front of you. And best of all, the food is cheap, often much cheaper than eating in a Thai restaurant. Eating at markets is a good way to eat cheap on your Thailand holidays.
Make sure you check out some Thai Food Markets on your trip to Thailand, and be sure to sample some of the amazing Thai street food that's available in Thailand! If you want to try some of the most delicious food in the world be sure to visit Thailand!
