Toba Tek Singh ٹوبہ ٹیک سنگھ is a city and capital of Toba Tek Singh District in the Pakistani province of Punjab, covering very famous cities like Rajana, Gojra, Pir Mahal, & Kamalia.
The town and district is named after a Sikh religious figure Tek Singh. Legend has it that Mr. Singh, a kind hearted man, served water and provided shelter to the worn out and thirsty travelers passing by a small pond (toba in Punjabi) which eventually was called Toba Tek Singh, and the surrounding settlement acquired the same name.

Humanity is the best religion! Because it is the main preaching of each and every religion on earth. Some people do extreme humanitarian works, that their name remain alive till eternity. One such city in Pakistan is named after a person who is known as symbol of humanity. He used to serve water to passengers passing from this area. Despite of non-availability of freshwater, he used to store rainwater to provide clean drinking water to passengers all year around. This city is known as Toba Tek SIngh.

A Pakistani farmer tries to control his bulls as he competes in a traditional bull race in Bilawal village in Chakri, some 65 kilometers from Islamabad. Hundreds of people gather whenever there is a bull race held in Pakistan which are usually the highlight of festivals organized in rural areas of the Asian country, and attract lots of spectators due to their thrilling nature. The traditional competition attracts landlords and farmers from all around the province where the race is held, and they all bring their fastest and strongest bulls in hopes of gaining a reputation.
