Explore KANGAROO ISLAND - Its Natural Rugged Beauty | Flinders Chase National Park | American River
Episode 18. Part 2 of our Kangaroo Island adventure we continue exploring around KI and its natural, rugged beauty with its wildlife sanctuary's that has made it impossible for us to relax.
We climb to the top of Prospect Hill to enjoy the amazing views. Next stop at KIS (Kangaroo Island Spirits) Gin distillery for lunch and sample a few of their locally made gins. The next day we explore Flinders Chase National Park and it amazing marine life were we can see the New Zealand Fur Seals up close at Admirals Arch. Just up the road is the stunning Remarkable Rocks which has been formed by century's of Wind and Rain Erosion to form the amazing rock formations. We check out some of the fun you can have at Little Sahara sand dunes. We run into a Tiger Snake which is one of only two venomous snakes found on KI. We check out American River and its History and a few more wineries to finish off an amazing week on Kangaroo Island.
