Lisac je planina pored Zenice. Prelijepa je za planinarenje zbog svojih travnatih vrhova i livada. Otprilike na sredini planine je izvor Pašinac pa se i ture preko planine prave često sa glavnom pauzom kod izvora.

Visiting DOBOJ, KOZARA and NOVI GRAD, Bosnia, Republika Srpska (10/2019)
DOBOJ (Добој) is a city located in Republika Srpska, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated on the banks of Bosna river, in the northern region of the Republika Srpska. As of 2013, it has a population of 71,441 inhabitants. Doboj is the largest national railway junction and the operational base of the Railways Corporation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is located in Doboj. It is one of the oldest cities in the country and the most important urban center in northern Republika Srpska. The most visited area of the city is the freshly renovated medieval city castle, Doboj Fortress built in the early 13th century. It now houses restaurants, shops and medieval exhibitions of preserved weaponry with children's playgrounds open during the day.
KOZARA National Park (Национални парк Козара) is a national park that was proclaimed a protected national forest in 1967 by Josip Broz Tito. It is situated between the rivers Una, Sava, Sana and Vrbas, in the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. These 33.75 square kilometers of dense forest and hilly meadows have earned the nickname 'Green Beauty of Krajina'. Kozara is a popular hunting ground, with a large 180 square kilometers area of the park open to regulated hunting of deer, pheasants, foxes, boars, hares, and ducks. A smaller part of the park is designated for nature lovers. Kozara was also a former battleground during World War II. The Kozara Offensive, also known as Operation West-Bosnien by the Axis, was fought in 1942 on and around the mountain of Kozara. It was an important battle of the Yugoslav Partisan resistance movement in World War II. It later became an integral part of Yugoslav post-war mythology, which celebrated the courage and martyrdom of outnumbered and outgunned Partisans and civilians.
NOVI GRAD (Нови Град), previously Bosanski Novi, is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Situated in the far northwest of the country, it lies across the Una from the Croatian town of Dvor. According to the 2013 census, the town has a population of 11,063, while its municipality comprises a total of 27,115 inhabitants. Known for its scenic quay, Novi Grad lies at the confluence of the Una and Sana rivers.

Tajan... 1297 m nv. Prelijep vrh pored Zavidovića sa kojeg se pruža pogled na mnoge bosanskohercegovačke planine i brda. Idealno mjesto za kampovanje sa šatorom jer na samom vrhu nema drveća. Zalazak i izlazak Sunca su posebni doživljaji koji su jedni od glavnih razloga dolaska. U blizini nema većih naselja tako da nema svjetlosne zagađenosti i omogućen je prelijep noćni pogled na zvjezdano nebo. U daljini se tokom noći vide obrisi bijele svjetlosti iznad većih gradova (Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla...). Do vrha se može doći iz nekoliko smjerova. Najkraći je od strane Zavidovića sa puta koji vodi na Ponijere oko 3 km prije Ponijera. Odmah po skretanju se ostavlja vozilo i nastavlja pješe i treba vam oko 1h pješačenja sa većinom blagim usponom osim zadnjih 20-ak min kada ide malo veći uspon. Isto tako se može doći i sa Ponijera, s tim da vam treba malo više pješačenja. Postoje i planinarske ture iz Duboke Tajašnice (Zavidovići) koje su za one sa boljom kondicijom. Za kampovanje je najpogodnija prva opcija zbog nošenja opreme. NAPOMENA: prilikom kampovanja ostavite mjesto u boljem stanju nego ste ga zatekli. Gledajte da maksimalno izbjegavate paljenje vatre tokom dana da ne biste uzrokovali požar. Navečer sa zalaskom Sunca na Tajanu pada rosa tako da je priroda zaštićena od požara. Ujutro prije odlaska vatru ugasiti (politi vodom i/ili prekriti zemljom).

There are no major settlements nearby so there is no light pollution and a beautiful night view of the starry sky is provided. In the distance, during the night, you can see the outlines of white light over larger cities (Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla ...). The top can be reached from several directions. It is the shortest by Zavidovici from the road that leads to Ponijeri about 3 km before Ponijeri. Immediately after the turn, the vehicle is left and continues on foot and you need about 1 hour of walking with most of the slight ascent, except for the last 20 minutes when there is a slightly higher ascent. You can also get there from Ponieri, but you need a little more hiking. There are also hiking tours from Duboka Tajasnica (Zavidovici) which are for those with better fitness. The first option for camping is the most suitable due to carrying equipment. NOTE: when camping, leave the place in a better condition than you found it. Take care to avoid lighting fire during the day as much as possible so as not to cause a uncontrolled fire. In the evening with the sunset on Tajan dew falls so nature is protected from fire. Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bosna i Hercegovina, Босна и Херцеговина, usually shortened to BiH) [8] is a European country located on the Balkan peninsula. It was formerly part of Yugoslavia but gained independence in 1992. It borders Croatia to the north, west and southwest, Serbia to the east and Montenegro to the southeast. Mostly mountainous, it has access to a tiny portion of the Adriatic Sea coastline in the south.

Sarajevo — the national capital; a cosmopolitan European city with a unique Eastern twist as can be seen in its vast diversity of architectural styles. Home for 400.000 people.
Jajce — old royal town in mountainous central Bosnia with 17 meter high waterfall in the city centre and many historical sights
Banja Luka — the second largest city (200.000 people in wider area), serving as the capital of Republika Srpska, with some historical sights and a rich nightlife
Bihać — city on Croatian border, surrounded by an impressive nature
Fojnica — near the Fransiscan monastery, the heart of Bosnian catholicism
Mostar — nice old town on Neretva River, symbolized by its medieval bridge. The biggest city in the region of Herzegovina (75.000 people).
Neum — the only coastal town, with sandy beaches backed by steep hills
Tuzla — third largest city (90.000 people in urban area) with much industry, though has a lovely old town and monuments to the brutal war too

The inter-entity border between the Federation and Republika Srpska is not controlled and is essentially not very different from U.S. state borders considering its impact on travel.
The best way to get around with public transport is with bus and train (Federation, RS ). There is a dense network of bus lines, all run by relatively small private companies. Be aware that if you buy a return ticket for a line which is served by more companies, you can only make the return trip with the company you bought the ticket at.
Trains are infrequent and slow. Many train lines were damaged in the war, and have not yet been rebuilt. There is also a lack of carriages and trains to provide frequent services - even on the busy lines like Mostar-Sarajevo, Tuzla-Banja Luka and Sarajevo-Banja Luka. However, the rides are scenic, especially that Mostar-Sarajevo stretch.
Hitchhiking is fun in Bosnia as you will get rides from local people who you won't much encounter through hospitality exchange networks as couchsurfing. Be carefull though for landmines, and if you're not sure, stay on the paved road, and ask locals (MI-ne?).
Cycling is beautiful in Bosnia. Other traffic is not so much used to how to relate to bikes on their way, though.
Google Maps, an online mapping resource, is very rudimentary present in Bosnia. However, volunteers are mapping Bosnia in Open Street Map, and at least the maps of the main towns in Bonia have a lot more detail than those of the maps of the US-based company.
The official languages in the Bosnia and Herzegovina are Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian. In the Republika Srpska you'll see signs in Cyrillic, so a Serbian-English dictionary would be helpful there.
The most available food in Sarajevo is Cevapi (normally 3-7 KM), the ubiquitous Balkan kebab. Two prominent variations exist - the Banja Luka Cevap, a larger kebab with a square shape, and the Sarajevo Cevap, smaller and round. If not had before, every visitor should try an order of Cevapi at least once. There are several variations of pita (around 2KM). A cheap, tasty and readily available snack is Burek, a pastry made of filo dough and stuffed with meat (simply Burek), cheese (Sirnica), spinach (Zeljanica), potatoes (Krompirusa) or apple (Jabukovaca). Some examples are better than others, however, and it can be a greasy affair. If you get to Mostar, however, try to grab a plate of trout (pastrmka, which sounds like pastrami), which is the local specialty (a particularly fine restaurant serving locally farmed trout lies by the wonderful Blagaj monastery, a short bus ride from Mostar).

Guber, neiskorišteni izvori ljekovite mineralne vode, Srebrenica - Bosna i Hercegovina | 4K
Banjsko-zdravstveni turizam u Srebrenici ima dugu tradiciju koja je nastala prije svega valorizacijom ljekovitih mineralnih izvora Guber. Zahvaljujući jedinstvenim i veoma izdašnim prirodnim bogatstvima, u Srebrenici se od najstarijih vremena mineralna voda Guber koristila kao lijek.
Pretpostavlja se da su srebreničke mineralne izvore koristili Iliri za liječenje kožnih oboljenja još prije dolaska Rimljana na ove prostore. Prve pisane tragove o mineralnim izvorima kod Srebrenice napravio je turski putopisac Evlija Čelebija u 17. vijeku, putujući kroz BiH.
Godine 1886. izvršena su prva naučna istraživanja mineralnih izvora na području opštine Srebrenica, kada su bečki istraživači zabilježili postojanje 48 mineralnih izvora. Posebnu pažnju austrougarskog istraživača prof. dr Ernesa Ludviga privukla je voda sa izvora Velikog ili Crnog Gubera, čija je analiza predstavljala odličan spoj minerala za liječenje anemije.
Na bazi prvih naučnih istraživanja zdravstvenih vrijednosti srebreničkih mineralnih izvora, krajem 19. vijeka austrougarska firma “Henrik mattoni” izvršila je prvu kaptažu i počela sa eksploatacijom i flaširanjem vode kao lijeka za klinike u Sarajevu, Zagrebu, Beogradu, zatim je izvožena u Veliku Britaniju, Dansku, Holandiju, Švedsku i Ameriku. Poslije povlačenja austrougarske monarhije i nepovoljnih ekonomskih prilika između svjetskih ratova, kako u cijeloj BiH tako i Srebrenici, stagniraju značajniji projekti.
Poslije Drugog svjetskog rata, naučna istraživanja o kvalitetu srebreničkih mineralnih izvora nastavljaju jugoslovenski stručnjaci: Miholić, Blažević, Ciglar i Marie, čiji se rezultati istraživanja umnogome slažu sa prethodnim analizama. Njihovi zajednički rezultati glase: “Mineralni izvori banje Crni Guber po svom sastavu predstavljaju jedinstven skup minerala u optimalnom odnosu, koji podjednako djeluju kod anemičnih stanja i nakon 10 dana pijenja znatno se povećava broj crvenih krvnih zrnaca”.
Indikativna je za anemije nastale uslijed velikog gubitka gvožđa, neurovegetativne smetnje, kožna i reumatska oboljenja. Kontraindikativna je za bolesti jetre, žuči, bubrega i sve akutne zarazne bolesti.
Uslijed neospornih ljekovitih svojstava izvora Gubera i ukazane potrebe poslije Drugog svjetskog rata, 1951. godine otvoreno je lječilište Guber, a prvi ljekar je bio dr Ante Marić, koji u lječilištu radi sve do marta 1961. godine.
Glavni objekat lječilišta bio je hotel “Beograd”, ali i hotel “Partizan”, koji je podignut 1953/1954. godine.
Kao rezultat međusobne saradnje prof. dr Bulića iz Beograda i prof. dr Zimonjića iz Sarajeva, u Srebrenici je 1961. godine otvoren stacionar sa 50 postelja u banji pod nadzorom sarajevske klinike. Puni procvat lječilišta dogodio se 1967. godine kada dolazi do povećanja smještajnih kapaciteta, broja zaposlenih, izgradnje programa dugoročnog prostornog razvoja banje Guber, sa novim stacionarom i svim potrebnim sadržajima. Broj gostiju za 10 godina višestruko se uvećao, od čega je imala interes cijela lokalna zajednica i stanovništvo.
Najsvježija istraživanja Guber vode sa izvorišta Velikog Gubera obavljena su 2002. i 2003. godine za potrebe izrade magistarskog rada dr Almira Pašagića na temu “Korekcija hipokromne anemije Crnim Guberom“, gdje je dokazana superiornost Guber vode u odnosu na postojeće medikamente.

Ljekoviti izvori Guber u Srebrenici svojom mineralnom specifičnošću i rijetkošću predstavljaju balneološku atrakciju, zbog čega uvijek ima značajnije zdravstvene vrijednosti u odnosu na druge banje, među kojima je na zdravstveno-turističkom tržistu lako prepoznatljiva. Pošto je ova banja po svom mineraloškom sastavu jedinstvena, onda je jasno kakva je njena uloga u banjsko-zdravstvenom turizmu.
