52km, 1395 meters of elevation, felt like 100+ km because of the many hike/carry a bike parts. An unforgettable day for sure.
We went biking over the hills in Batangas with nice views from the some of the highest summits between Batangas city and Lobo. unfortunately there was strong wind and some rain but this didn't stop us.
before the last climb, that was more hike a bike than biking, we took a rest at a nice coconut farm.
for some reason the cows whertvery agressive this day. probably because they where not used to bikes. in the video you will see how 2 cows get wild, and the second one manages to trip me with the cord that she is attached to.

Batangas: Malabrigo Lighthouse, Lobo to STAR Tollway Ibaan Exit
Apologies for the late upload that this video was captured after the holidays but due to the volume of videos to process & work load.
This segment starts from Malabrigo Lighthouse in Lobo & will pass through Bitukang Manok in Lobo where there is substantial stretch of twisties. Will also be passing by San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish in Taysan. This is actually a shortcut route from Lobo to Ibaan without passing Batangas City. Road widening is ongoing in Lobo but other than that, was a good weekend drive.
