Sekinchan, Selangor | 12 tempat menarik yang wajib singgah dalam 3 Hari 2 Malam
Video kali ni saya nak share pengalaman 3 hari 2 malam kat Sekinchan. Aktiviti menarik yang kami lakukan banyak, tapi saya senaraikan antara 12 yang terbaik. Sekinchan adalah salah satu kawasan di Selangor yang menjadi pusat pengeluaran padi. Jadi tak hairan lah kalau Sekinchan ni terkenal dengan sawah padinya. Pemandangan sawah padi di sini amatlah cantik especially semasa matahari terbit dan terbenam. Warna hijau keemasan memberi impak scenery yang terbaik. Jangan lepaskan peluang untuk bergambar dan melakukan aktiviti berbasikal di sini.
Selain tu, Sekinchan juga terkenal dengan makanan laut yang segar dan unik seperti Mentarang dan Belangkas. Banyak kedai-kedai makan di area Sekinchan yang menyediakan menu Mentarang, tapi saya memilih untuk mencuba makanan rare ni di Faridah Mentarang. Sangat sedap dan juicy. Cuba jangan tak cuba.
Untuk memaksimakan lawatan saya ke Sekinchan dan membolehkan saya travel ke kawasan lain dalam satu masa, saya memilih Villa Chee, sebuah homestay berkonsepkan kabin. Lokasi Villa Chee ni amatlah strategik dan berada di kawasan tengah sawah yang cantik. Ada few lagi homestay berdekatan, seperti Paddy Box, Farm Ville. Bolehlah pilih ikut kesesuaian budget dan availability. Harga bilik jenis kabin mengadap sawah di tingkat atas ialah RM 260 semalam. Harga ni tanpa breakfast. Boleh check harga terkini di sini Servis Food Panda juga available dan mudah untuk memesan food terutama untuk sarapan.
Selain di kawasan Sekinchan, korang boleh juga explore ke Kuala Selangor untuk melihat Kelip2 di Kg Kuantan dan Sky Mirror. Dua aktiviti ni sangat menarik untuk dilakukan terutama bersama kawan2 dan keluarga.
Aktiviti untuk melihat Kelip2 (Fireflies), ia perlu dibuat pada waktu malam dan pakej ini termasuk aktiviti melihat air yang bercahaya biru atau Blue Tears.
Di Skymirror pula, ianya merupakan pengalaman berjalan di dasar laut (seabed) yang kelihatan di atas air semasa air surut. Korang perlu check dulu tarikh2 / masa2 tertentu untuk join aktiviti ini. Teknik gambar2 yang dicapture sangat unik dan menarik seperti kita berdiri di atas cermin (skies meet the earth). Biasanya gambar2 diambil oleh tour guide kita.
Harga keseluruhan untuk tour kelip2 ialah RM 50/dewasa dan RM 30/kanak per trip. Untuk skymirror, harganya adalah sama RM 60/dewasa atau kanak2. Ini adalah harga promo yang saya dapat pada ketika itu. Boleh contact Ms Ng kalau nak book - 010-4357792.

1. Sunway Lagoon
-Taman Tema Sunway Logoon terletak di Bandar Sunway Subang Jaya, Selangor. Merupakan taman tema air yang paling poular di Malaysia. Taman tema ini adalah seperti sebuah bandar yang dipenuhi dengan aktiviti air. Di dalam sunway logoon dibahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian yang mana setiap bahagian mempunyai kegiatan aktiviti yang berbeza. Bahagian tersebut adalah Taman air, Taman ria, Taman haiwan, Extreme Park ,Scream Park, Cleopatra dan Hi-Dive. Di Taman air dibahagikan kepada dua bahagian iaitu Waters of Africa di kawasan utara dan Surf Beach di kawasan tengah. Anda boleh bermain gelongsor air yang pelbagai bentuk dan saiz. 2. HOW TO GET TO CAMERON HIGHLANDS
So, how do we get to Cameron Highlands from Kuala Lumpur? The only access to the highlands is by road. It takes roughly about 3.5 - 4 hours drive from KL. There are basically 3 ways of getting there; (a) by bus, (b) booking a tour or (c) driving yourself.
(a) Taking a Bus
- From TBS, (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) in Kuala Lumpur to Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands.
- One-way tickets cost about RM 35
- If you book online through the RedBus website ( there’s even an option to pick your seats and insurance coverage. (We're not sponsored but Redbus is the one that we frequently use for our travels)
(b) Booking a tour
- Hassle-free
- Most tour packages include transportation, a full-day itinerary, and an English-speaking tour guide. You can also approach your hotels and tourist information centers for more information.
(c) Driving
- There are 2 main routes to get there from the North-South Expressway.
- Option 1: by taking the Tapah Exit 132/Route 59. It is a shorter route hence faster but the road is very windy and narrow.
- Option 2: by taking the Simpang Pulai Exit 137/Route 185 (which is the route that we took). It is a slightly longer route, but the road is much straighter and more comfortable to drive on. Highly recommend especially if you have motion sickness. (30 minutes longer)
3. WHERE TO STAY IN CAMERON HIGHLANDS
There are 2 main areas in Cameron Highlands that the majority of the hotels are located; Tanah Rata and Brinchang.
➡️Where we stayed:
????Century Pines Resort
- Tanah Rata:
Main administrative town, there are many shops, banks, tour agents, eateries and a bus terminal, which is where the buses from KL would stop. It is more commercialized here compared to Brinchang.
- Brinchang:
Second largest town after Tanah Rata. You’ll find the main center of Brinchang more densely developed compared to Tanah Rata with many apartments, shophouses and public buildings clustered closely together. There’s also the other side of Brinchang that’s closer to farms, tourist attractions, and nature.
Overall, there is a wide range of accommodations available in Cameron Highlands; you can find anything from budget homestays to mid-range and luxury hotels with a golf course attached to it. Some places even offer unique experiences like colonial-era bungalows, mini chalets, and a farm stay.
4. CAMERON HIGHLANDS TRAVEL TIPS:
#1 The Weather/Seasons
- very windy and cold especially morning and night. We do suggest bringing along a jacket.
- sunny at noon, do apply sunscreen
#2 Traffic Jams & Peak Periods
- Can get crowded and traffic jams are very common, especially during weekends, school holidays and festive seasons.
#3 Stay Duration
A day trip would be enough to cover the main attractions, whereas at least staying a night or two is preferred for a more relaxed trip.

Last week, we embarked on a remarkable journey to northern Sarawak, discovering new places and revisiting the iconic Mulu Cave, a location we first explored alongside our son two decades ago.
In addition to our Sarawak adventure, Brighton Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd, our travel agency, organized a day tour of Brunei. An exciting highlight was capturing astrophotos standing inside the rice field at night. Our motive? Looking for the perfect foreground for our shots!
