This beautiful little city has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and beautiful accommodations. But not only that, it is very safe and also very well taken care of. Summer is definitely the best season to visit Prince Edward Island in general, but it would also be very beautiful in the late Spring or early Autumn as we did. I hope this video will inspire you with some ideas of things to see and do in Charlottetown and I would love to know any other suggestions from locals in the comment section! Prince Edward Island is one of the most beautiful islands in Canada, if not the world. We had only five nights to explore and I truly wish we had the whole summer. Gorgeous sandy beaches, lovely people, and incredibly delicious food make this province a wonderful place to visit. Actually, I learned something new about Prince Edward Island. The province is home to incredible food culture and is the perfect place for any passionate foodie. We had no idea about the love of food on the island but it didn't take long for us to figure it out. From cooking lessons at the Table to one-of-a-kind experiences by the famous Canadian Chef, Michael Smith, our days were filled with tasty local delights.
PEI was our third province visited on the Road to 150 Tour.
Canada's Road to 150 is a 150-day Canada-wide multimedia road trip celebrating Canada's 150th birthday by exploring the uniqueness of this country provincially and collectively while answering the question; What makes Canada special?

Prince Edward Island is the land of Anne of Green Gables, a haven for redheads. PEI has always held a special place in my heart for obvious reasons. My first visit to PEI dates back to my childhood, I was 11 to be exact. I spent two weeks on the beautiful island during my grade 5 summer vacation. I had been wanting to return to this magical island for a while now and finally got to do so this fall. There are so many amazing things to do in Prince Edward Island:

Sarnia, Ontario: Downtown Driving Tour (And Side Trip To Point Edward)
A driving tour video through the downtown core of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. We start by taking the Christina Street exit off of westbound highway 402. The tour then comes back on Front Street before turning west on Michigan Avenue in neighbouring Point Edward.
In the final section, there are some pretty up close views of the Bluewater Bridge connecting Sarnia in Canada to Port Huron, Michigan in the United States.
Sarnia at the point where Lake Huron empties into the St. Clair River. The city has a population of over 70,000 with a metro population nearing 100,000. It was incorporated as a town in 1856 and as a city in 1914. The city is located in Lambton County.

In the autumn of 2007, a Fleming 65 named Venture started south from the Pacific Northwest on a voyage that would ultimately take her and her crew down the west coast of north and central America, out to the Galapagos Islands, through the Panama Canal and up the east coast of the USA into the Great Lakes and down the St Lawrence Seaway to Nova Scotia. In Part 8 Venture continues down the mighty St. Lawrence River - now 10 miles wide - to the Eastern provinces of Canada and Prince Edward Island.
