Stony Brook Village Center, Long Island, NY
Stony Brook Village Center is a privately maintained commercial center in Stony Brook, New York. The center was created by philanthropist Ward Melville as a living Colonial Williamsburg in the style of a traditional New England village with clapboard buildings. Several historical structures in the vicinity were moved into a crescent shape while additional structures were built to match. From waterfalls, wineries, farm country, and adventure, there is plenty to discover in the Finger Lakes. I spent a couple of days revisiting two of my favorite state parks, Letchworth and Stony Brook. After seeing the incredible waterfalls, I ventured outside the parks to see what else the region had to offer and was not disappointed. @flxrusticwild Trust me, you will want to steal this summer Finger Lakes itinerary.

Forest bathe in a natural swimming hole in Stony Brooke park! This hidden gem is about an hour from Rochester, NY and 1.5 hours from Buffalo, but it's one of the few forest swimming holes with supervised swim time.

This little gem is by far one of our favorite places we have camped. Awesome natural swim area with lifegaurds at the bottom of the gorge. Walking trails can be a bit tough, west rim especially, but the gorge trail is tolerable for most with multiple waterfalls you can enter into a swim area(no lifegaurds). Campsite was plenty spacious with a trail to walk down into the creek and wade in the shallow waters, search for frogs, or other creatures. With the running water so close, the sounds were so relaxing while we sat at the fire or tried to settle in for the night. Playgrounds were nice and newer and bathroom/shower facilities were in good clean shape. If there had been a fishing place here it would have definitely received 5 stars. We will definitely visit again.

I made this video covering my whole journey from Delhi to New York. It has some awesome views from the top which is more than 35000ft where the temperature is -50degree celsius. I have also touched upon the goods and stuff that will be provided to you in any international flight so that you can take care of these things when you are packing your bags.
It contains many other useful information like what the whole process looks like when you are planning for an international trip and what things you should keep in mind and be prepared of during your journey.

Where natural wonders and beauty can be found in abundance, the town of Stony Brook is where you'll find the Avalon Nature Preserve in New York.
Free for all to visit and open every day from dawn until dusk, one of the best parts about this park is that you’ll be able to make your way through a variety of landscapes, allowing you to explore dense forests, breathtaking meadows, historic mill ponds, areas full of wildflowers, other secluded spaces.
The trails within the park all range in length from less than 1-mile long to just over 2-miles long...with the Yellow and Orange Trails running through the Hilltop Meadow that's at its peak bloom in July!
