Harihareshwar Temple & Beach (Complete Pradakshina near Seashore)
Harihareshwar is a town in Raigad district, in Maharashtra, India. It is surrounded by three hills named Harihareshwar, Harshinachal and Pushpadri. The river Savitri enters the Arabian Sea from the town of Harihareshwar. Towards the north of the town is the temple of Lord Harihareshwar, said to have been blessed by Lord Shiva. Hence Harihareshwar is often referred to as Dev-Ghar or house of God.
Besides a major pilgrimage centre, Harihareshwar is a popular beach resort with two beaches, one to the north and the other to the south of the temple. Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation has a resort on the south beach. Harihareshwar, along with Shrivardhan and Diveagar Beach forms a popular weekend beach destination from Pune (190 km) and Mumbai (210 km)

Diveagar (Dive Agar) is a village located in Shrivardhan Taluka, Raigad district in the Indian state of Maharashtra, approximately 170 kilometers south of Mumbai.The area is peaceful, clean and sparsely populated. The region includes a fishing settlement, a beach, a temple, local businesses engaged in coconut and beetle nut tree farming, and some tourism businesses such as restaurants, cottage rentals and hotels, and six villages (from north to south): Velas, Musalmāndi, Agar Panchaitan, Diveagar, Borli Panchatan, and Karle. The beach, facing the Arabian Sea, is approximately four kilometers long and undeveloped. At the north end of the beach where a small stream enters the ocean there is the fishing settlement, Velas Agar, and some paddy farming, while at the south end there is a sanctuary for migratory seabirds. Nearby, there is a small fishing village, where vendors sell fresh fish, which goes by name of Bharadkhol. The beach is accessible from the Mumbai-Goa highway via Kolad or Karnala.
The beach contains a number of suru trees (Casuarina), which are common to coastal Maharashtra. The access to the beach has a dense cover of belu trees, which are otherwise uncommon in the area.
Diveagar is a popular beach destination from the nearby towns of Shrivardhan and Harihareshwar. Sand-bubble crabs can be found on the beach and at nearby Harihareshwar one can find dolphins. Some sea turtles still lay their eggs on the beach.

How to Plan Diveagar Trip | Diveagar Fish Market | Diveagar Beach | Diveagar Shrivardhan Road Trip
Day 1: Drive from Pune to Diveagar 170 kms. drive via. Tamhini Ghat, Tasgaon, Mangaon, Mhasala. Reach by 1 PM at your resort or hotel. Spend Evening at Kondivli, Aravi Beach.
Day 2: Early Morning Drive to Aravi and Shrivardhan Beach. Enjoy Watersports at Shrivardhan Beach. Total driving Distance from Diveagar to Shrivardhan is 23 kms. You may visit further to Harihareshwar Beach and Temple (optional). On your way back buy fish from Bharadkhol fish market, spend evening at Dive agar Beach.
Day 3: Early morning drive to scenic Velas Beach, Aadgaon Beach and Dighi Market. Start your return journey in the afternoon.

Harihareshwar temple in Konkan is a famous temple of Lord Shiva, We started this journey from Harihareshwar sea beach then went to Temple and everything we did as part of this tour is given below
This particular video was shot on 20th september, this was the 4th day of our 16 day Konkan tour that started from Mumbai and ended in Goa.
Hotel at Harihareshwar - We stayed at MTDC resort Cottage Rs 2800 plus taxes double occupancy,
Breakfast at Harihareshwar - We had poha at the MTDC resort, price - Rs 60 per plate.
Harihareshwar temple visit - It is dedicated to Lord Shiva . It is believed that Sage Agastya Muni meditated here.
Raigad fort - To visit the Raigad fort, we reached its base point, Pachad but due to heavy rain we could not visit the Raigad fort.

Jijamata wada & Samadhi Sthal of Jijamata at Pachad.
We had dinner at Hotel Deshmukh - Pithla Bhakri Thecha along with Sol kadhi- Rs 80 per plate.
Night stay at Pachad - Sakshi Niwas Rs 1200 for double occupancy.

shrivardhan beach road trip. Shrivardhan beach is very beautiful place to visit in raigad district. shrivardhan has nearby town harihareshwar which has shiv temple. Shrivardhan Beach is about 3 km long, very clean and very calm. mumbai to shrivardhan approx 210 km we take here some drone shots of shrivardhan beach and its very beautiful to see the beach from sky. we also travel one more beach that name is aravi beach its very beautiful beach on shrivardhan to diveaagar costal road from shrivardhan, aravi beach is 7 to 10 km only you can go here and enjoy with your family. so thats all for today i hope you like my travel vlog.
