Southwick Massachusetts (MA) Real Estate Tour
Tour Southwick, MA neighborhoods, condominium developments, subdivisions, schools, landmarks, recreational areas, and town offices.
Southwick, Massachusetts has a population of about 8,000, which continues to grow each year as people are attracted to this affluent community. Just a short drive from both Hartford, Connecticut and Springfield, Massachusetts, Southwick has evolved from a rural farming town to a bedroom community in the last 20 years.
Southwick is a major recreational center for the Pioneer Valley region, offering the beautiful Congamond Lakes, the Moto Cross 338 racetrack, and large open space areas. Southwick remains an excellent choice for commuters who want the close-knit feel of a small town within easy reach of the city.
Southwick operates a public school system with the town of Tolland. With only 3 schools between the two, all students receive a equal education. Southwick also offers a student/teacher ratio significantly below the state average, which assures that each student receives a level of attention they wouldn't get in most other school districts. Zoofari Drive Thru||Southwick's Zoo, MA ||10-31-2020
Southwick's Zoo, is located in the state of Massachusetts. In this season due to lockdown reasons we did not do the walk-ins, but the Zoo also have the Drive-Thru setup for the summer on week days. In the final weekend of October the Zoo also have the Drive-Thru opened up, so we deiced to give it a try and 2PM slot on Saturday 10-31-2020 on the same day of Halloween. On Friday 10-30-2020 there was around 6 inches of snowfall, and we paid $60/car and $1 processing fees.

Some animals are not captured in the video as they are too far or hidden from the view. Some animals are not in the display at all. Kids had fun by watching the Bengal Tiger, African Lions, Emu, Monkeys..

Wescott Beach | Park It! Explore the Outdoors
Westcott Beach State Park is a popular day-use and camping park on Lake Ontario, with rolling, wooded hills and open, grassy meadows sheltered by Henderson Bay. It offers restful campsites located on a bluff, from which the view is spectacular. A small marina is adjacent to the long, sandy beach to accommodate anglers interested in Lake Ontario's excellent black bass fishing. The park also has a children's playground, picnic areas and hiking trails for cross-country skiing in the winter.
