Welcome to Georgetown Manor Pa in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania! Today’s apartment tour is of 380 Girio Terrace. This apartment has a large living room area when you walk in the front door and an adjacent dining room with new lighting. This second story apartment features a private balcony that overlooks the Georgetown Manor cul de sac. Each building also has its own parking area located behind the building.
Georgetown Manor is a very close walk to the Susquehanna Riverwalk and South Williamsport Park. The Little League World Series studium is also very close by in South Williamsport.
This kitchen is directly across from the dining room and has an electric stove, dishwasher and many cabinets and drawers for cooking and food items. There is new flooring in this kitchen. There is also an additional pantry on the left of the refrigerator as
well as more cabinets on this opposite side. The next room is the second bedroom. This room has its own closet and a great view of
the Georgetown Manor community from the windows. This apartment includes a full-sized washer and dryer which is great so you do not have to drive to a laundromat or pay with quarters! There is also shelving in this laundry room.
Continuing down the hall, off to your right is the bathroom. This remodeled bathroom has great bright lighting, new towel racks and new flooring. This bathroom also has a new modern sink and vanity. The new medicine cabinet has mirrors and storage space.
There is also a linen closet behind the door.
Situated at the back of the apartment is the master bedroom. This spacious room has an air conditioner and three windows. There is a walk-in closet with hanging space and shelves.

Hello and welcome to Georgetown Manor PA, where we offer spacious and high quality apartment homes in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania!
Today, I’ll be taking you on a virtual tour of a newly renovated apartment at 360 Girio Terrace. Here’s a view of the stairs leading up from the front entrance. This unit were going to see is 950 sq ft total.
Entering the apartment home, you have your coat closet on the left leading into a spacious living room.
Now let’s check out the eat-in kitchen. The appliances you see here are included with the apartment. There’s also a roomy pantry in the dining area for extra storage!
Here’s another great view of that spacious living room area.
Let’s move on down the hallway. This is the larger of the two bedrooms, measuring about 140 square feet. This is one of our favorite features, the roomy walk-in closet.
Next we’ll head into the bathroom, complete with extra-wide vanity, built-in medicine cabinet/mirror, and modern light fixtures. And you also have a linen closet right next to the bathroom for additional storage space.
This is the second bedroom, just a little smaller than the other at about 100 square feet. This room would be great as an office, guest room, or even a kids room! Closet in here as well.
Lastly, you have the in-unit laundry room, with a stacked washer and dryer. These are supplied and serviced by our on-site maintenance team!
This is the back private balcony and the parking lot below.

Hi and welcome to Georgetown Manor PA! Today, I’ll be taking you on a virtual tour of a 950 sq ft apartment at 355 Girio Terrace. Here’s a view of the parking lot and back deck entrance.
Off to the left here is the private laundry room with washer and dryer included as well as plenty of shelf storage.
Here we have the secondary bedroom. This room is about 100 square feet and has a nice bi-fold closet. This could be a great kids room or office space!
Up next is the bathroom, this has been fully renovated to feature new vinyl flooring, lighting, medicine cabinet, and an extra wide modern vanity. Off to the right of the bathroom is a linen closet for your towels or other bathroom necessities.
Next we’ll move into the primary bedroom. This space is about 140 sq ft with a large walk-in closet. Lots of storage space in this closet as well as an overhead light!
Let’s make our way down the hall. Note that all of the carpet in this home is brand new.
This is your living room space and separate eat-in kitchen. Electric range and refrigerator in here, as well as new vinyl flooring and bright lighting. It’s spacious enough to fit a table and chairs, and off to the right here is the bonus storage pantry.
Here’s another view of the living room. This space is roughly 280 sq ft. And look at that beautiful afternoon light coming through here!
Moving out towards the front door, there is a coat closet to your right. This exit leads down a flight of stairs to the front entrance and mailboxes.
