Bergheim - Haut-Rhin (68)
BERGHEIM est une petite cité médiévale située sur la route du vin, au pied des collines vosgiennes.
Bergheim fait partie du canton de Ribeauvillé, à 17 km au nord de Colmar et à 10 km au sud-ouest de Sélestat Elle a su garder intacte son enceinte de remparts du XIVème siècle et ses belles maisons alsaciennes, toutes bien fleuries. La ville est d'ailleurs labellisée 4 Fleurs depuis 1999. Ses remparts avec ses tours de garde témoignent d'un passé tumultueux de ville libre, qui repoussa l'armée de Charles le Téméraire en 1470 et fut le théàtre au Moyen âge de grands procès en sorcellerie.

Hunawihr Alsace Village FRANCE • 4K 60fps ASMR
Hunawihr is a small village in the historical region of Alsace in western France. The region is known for its rich history, good wine and unique culture in France. Hunawihr is special because it's located among the famous so-called “fairy tale” villages. The neighboring villages are Riquewihr, Ribeauville and Kaysersberg-Vignoble to just name a few. They are called fairy tale village because of their colorful houses and architecture and somehow Disney's Beauty and the Beast was inspired by those villages in Alsace. The next town is Colmar, which is equally popular and also a beautiful place to be.
Hunawihr, on the other hand, is a bit different. It's quieter and people generally don't know about its existence. The main site is the church, located on a hill and the Fontaine Sainte Hune. The village of 500 or so souls was probably called after the saint, who washed the clothes of the sick in the fountain and who turned the water of the fountain into wine. Another story goes that the village was called after a Franc, known as Huno, who lived in a taken over Gallo-Roman villa.
One of the boards at the fountain in the video also explains about the village name as follows:
Huna: wife of Hunon, family of the Etichonides. Wihr: Suffix to the roman latin word vilare, which means a rural domaine (a village basically). Wihr is most probably the Alsatian word for village. Alsatian resembles Swiss German and the language of luxembourg.
The walk starts at the fabled fountain and takes you up to the little church on the hill. You cross vineyards and little local homes. It's a good day in Hunawihr in Alsace, France.

Passeio pela região de Alsace na França em junho de 2011 por ocasião do casamento dos amigos Marcio e Joana. Chegamos de trem em Strasbourg e partimos de carro para Soultz -sous-Forêts, cidadezinha linda, toda florida onde aconteceu o casório. Passeamos um bocado pelas outras cidadezinhas da redondeza (uma a cada 10 km) e chegamos até zcruzar a fronteira com a Alemanha só para tomar uma cerveja em Baden-Baden. Nesses dias, tivemos a companhia do amigo Macedo que também se destacou do Brasil para participar do casório. Depois seguimos sozinhos para Eguisheim, outra cidadezinha florida da Alsace. Rodamos a região toda por perto. Muitas plantações de uva, comida boa e lindas paisagens. Vale a pena olhar as imagens aéreas no google dessa Eguishein. É uma cidade circular, muito interessante. As fotografias registram um pouco esta experiência maravilhosa, mas só um pouco... Qualquer comentário de viagem merece a irretocável mensagem de Amyr Klink:
