MINSK, la Capital de Bielorrusia, es una FIESTA para los OJOS
Minsk, la capital de Bielorrusia es una de esas ciudades donde las palabras sobran. Para los amantes de la belleza, bastará detenerse en cualquier esquina y contemplar, simplemente contemplar.
Es que la capital de Bielorrusia, es una ciudad vibrante y moderna con una rica historia y una mezcla interesante de estilos arquitectónicos.

La ciudad de Minsk tiene una larga historia que se remonta a más de 900 años. Se cree que fue fundada en el siglo 11 por el príncipe Rurik de la dinastía Rúrika. Durante este período, Minsk fue un asentamiento fortificado que se desarrolló como un importante centro comercial y artesanal.

Provincial Trip #6. I decided to get the train from Gomel to #Rechitsa, #Belarus. In blinding summer heat (35C) I arrived in Rechitsa, a frumpy little town about 50 miles west of Gomel. As the sun got to me, I couldn't leave without downing a bottle of Rechitsa's famous tipple - Rechitsko Pivo - #beer. It was worth waiting for.

???????? Adorable Belarus CAT Museum! Upper Town Minsk is Fun and Tourist Friendly {Minsk, BELARUS}
In Minsk's Upper Town, this city center is as tourist friendly as any European capital. Plus cats!
Naturally there are several museums in Vierchni Horad. Three are adjacent to each other, including the Carriage Museum, where the city's roots and stories dating back to the medieval times can be found.
Upper Town is also a financial district so a visit at the newly minted Museum of Money is in order. Plus, on this warm day, a rest is required to indulge in the Belarus national drink of kvas.
Oh, and cats. Lots and lots of cats at the Cat Museum. Because....cats!
