According to the stories of old-timers, in 1863 the family of Old Believers Kalistrat Zheleznov with five sons moved to the Uimon Valley, Altay. The family were skilled, hardworking people, but Filaret stood out most of all. He was engaged in carpentry, making houses with his own hands. Until now, there are houses built by Filaret and a prayer house on the banks of the Katun in the village.
At an advanced age, seeing how fellow villagers began to betray their faith - smoking tobacco, swearing, drinking out of time - Filaret decided to leave the valley and atone for the sins of apostates. He built himself a cell on the mountain and began to live there in complete solitude, spending time in prayer. Since then, the mountain has been called Filaretka, and the Old Believers make a pilgrimage to the elder's dwelling. People in Multa have long lived prosperously, worked hard, kept cattle, sowed bread, went hunting.
Today, about a thousand inhabitants live in the village, many of them adhere to the Old Believer faith and do not recognize priests.

Мы отправились в путешествие на Алтай. И мы уже второй день на Алтае, в городе Яровое. Яровое - это курорт Сибири. Сегодня мы впервые поплавали в соленое озеро, им оказалось озер Большое Яровое. Мы даже представить себе не могли, что в Яровом так круто! В первый день мы жили в усадьбе Оазис, которая находится рядом с аквапарком Лава на 22 причале, а вот на следующий день мы уехали на 42 причал и остановились в усадьбе Солнечная. В этом видео мы покажем каково это плавать в соленом озере, что бывает после купания, как выглядит аквапарк Лава изнутри и как круто мы провели там время, так же покажем FAQ бар днем, расскажем, что было предыдущей ночью, ну и конечно покажем 42 причал и территорию усадьбы Солнечная.

There are many black spots on the map of Belarus, the Kostyukovichi district of the Mogilev region is one of them. In fact, you cannot get here without a special pass. However, this is a formality. Instead of houses, there are hills in Samotevichi, under which dwellings are buried. Some buildings survived, but there are very few of them. Previously, several shops, a kindergarten, a hospital, a communications center, and even a cafe worked here. Now, instead of a large village, there is a wild, remote place. The church is located at 53°13'07.0N 31°50'06.8E.
