Silvi alta o Silvi paese è il centro storico del comune di Silvi, in provincia di Teramo, situata a 243 mslm. Offre un belvedere con vista sull'Adriatico e sul Gran Sasso. L'intero centro è sorretto da grandi archi di rinforzo, costruiti dopo il terremoto del 1933.
