Tongnan District is part of Chongqing Municipality, located in the northwest of Chongqing, in the linear economic corridor of Yulong region; it is a new industrial base of Chengdu and Chongqing, an ecological and cultural tourism destination of western Chongqing, and a green vegetable capital of western China. It is adjacent to Hechuan District and Tongliang District in the east, Dazu District in the south, Anyue County in Ziyang City, Sichuan Province, Anju District in Suining City, Sichuan Province, and Funsan District in Suining City, Sichuan Province, and Pengxi County in Suining City, Sichuan Province, and Wusheng County in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, in the north, and Jialing District in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province.
Tongnan District covers an area of 1,583 square kilometers and has 3 streets and 20 towns; according to the seventh census, as of November 1, 2020, Tongnan District had a resident population of 688,115. In 2020, Tongnan District will achieve a regional GDP of 47.526 billion yuan, an increase of 4.3% over the previous year. Tongnan is a shallow hilly landscape in the basin with flat terrain and an altitude of 300-450 meters; it has a subtropical humid monsoon climate with a mild climate, abundant heat, rainfall, sunshine and four seasons for farming.
Tongnan District has a long history, with the establishment of a county in 373 A.D. (the first year of Ningkang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty) and Dong'an County in 1912, which was renamed Tongnan in 1914 because it was located south of Tongchuan Prefecture. It has given birth to such great men of the times as Yang Gangong, Yang Shangkun and Yang Baibing, and nurtured such historical and cultural celebrities as Chen Tuan, the supreme Taoist, Lv Daqi, an important minister of the Ming Dynasty, and Liao Jingqiu, a master of Sichuan opera; Taian Fish, Lion Dance and Che Che Lantern are included in the municipal intangible cultural heritage, and it is the hometown of Chinese folk culture and art.
Tongnan District has humanistic attractions such as the Dafoji Scenic Area, Shuangjiang Ancient Town, and the scenic spot of Chen Tuan's hometown in Chongjian. It has 4 national key cultural relics protection units, 10 municipal-level cultural relics protection units, and 61 county-level cultural relics protection units. It is an important transportation hub in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, with the Yusui Railway, Yusui Expressway, Tongrong Expressway and the under-construction Beibei (Beibei) Anyue Expressway, and National Highway 246, National Highway 319 and National Highway 351 lines passing through the territory. In June 2017, Tongnan District was named a national health city.

Linxiang District, located in the southwest of Yunnan Province, China, is the only municipal district under the jurisdiction of Lincang City and the seat of the municipal government. Lincang City, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province of the People's Republic of China, is located in the southwest of Yunnan Province, between 98°40' and 100°32' east longitude, and between 23°05' and 25°03' north latitude. It is close to the Lancang River And got its name. The total area under the jurisdiction of Lincang City is 23,600 square kilometers, and the total length of the national border is 290.791 kilometers. As of the end of 2022, Lincang City has a permanent population of 2.24 million, with the majority of the population being Han, in addition to 23 ethnic minorities. Lincang City has 1 district, 4 counties, and 3 ethnic autonomous counties under its jurisdiction. Lincang City is located in the southern extension of the Nushan Mountains in the Hengduan Mountains. It belongs to the longitudinal valley area of western Yunnan. It has a subtropical low-latitude plateau mountain monsoon climate and abundant water resources. It is an important hydropower energy base in the country. Lincang City belonged to the Ailao District of Yizhou County in the Western Han Dynasty, and Yongchang from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Song Dynasty. In 2003, Lincang area was established as prefecture-level Lincang City.

Kuil Zhang Fei adalah peninggalan bersejarah di wilayah Sungai Yangtze, yang dibangun untuk mengenang Zhang Fei, seorang jenderal dari Periode Tiga Kerajaan (220 - 280). Kuil yang memiliki sejarah lebih dari 1.700 tahun ini dikunjungi oleh banyak wisatawan dari dalam dan luar negeri setiap tahunnya, khususnya para wisatawan Kapal Pesiar Sungai Yangtze (Yangtze River Cruise).

Jinggu Dai and Yi Autonomous County is an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Pu 'er City, Yunnan Province, China. It is located in southwest China's Yunnan Province, west-central Pu 'er City. It borders Ning 'er County in the east, Xiaohei River and Weiyuan River in the south and southeast, and is connected to Ning 'er and Pu 'er. It faces Lancang County and Linxiang District and Shuangjiang County in Lincang City along the Lancang River in the west, and borders Zhenyuan County in the north.
