This Episode is about a city called Shache, or Yarkant in Uyghur language, in the province of Xinjiang. After finishing our roadtrip in Tibet, we finally reached Shache after the crazy adventures on national highway G219. Yarkant is a predominantly Ughyur city with a real middle eastern vibe. We went to the night market and enjoyed some great food followed by a dancing pool with a local dance.
We eventually just joined them dancing.

Country no. 6 on the Silk Route is Yarkand in China. Mind you the distances are so great you would think the region that Yarkand sits in was a country in itself!
Yarkand was a great trade centers on the Great Silk Road, and was famous for its markets, where goods from all over the world could be bought. In modern times it is still a major transport hub for this region of China.
The Bazaar unlike other Bazaars is not within city walls but streets on and around Mausoleum of Ammnaishan and the Altun Mosque.

Yarkant County, also Shache County, also transliterated from Uyghur as Yakan County, is a county in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China, located on the southern rim of the Taklamakan Desert in the Tarim Basin. It is one of 11 counties administered under Kashgar Prefecture. The county, usually referred to as Yarkand in English, was the seat of an ancient Buddhist kingdom on the southern branch of the Silk Road and the Yarkand Khanate. The county sits at an altitude of 1,189 metres (3,901 ft) and as of 2003 had a population of 373,492.

In quanti di voi hanno sentito parlare del Tofu puzzolente? c'è chi dice che ha un odore orrendo e che è un cibo immangiabile..
Perciò ho deciso di fare un salto nella città natale di questo famosissimo streetfood e testare insieme se è veramente così spaventoso come dicono.
Ci troviamo a Changsha, il capoluogo della regione del Hunan, e qui sono famosissimi per gli infiniti streetfood e le loro specialità piccanti.
Oltre al Tofu puzzolente sono rinomati anche per la Testa di Pesce Gigante, i Gamberi Rossi della Louisiana e soprattutto per la Vita Notturna, infatti è una delle mete preferite dai giovani, per chi ama la movida.
Mi ha colpito moltissimo questa città perché è la prima volta che vedo così tanto movimento dopo le 3:00 di notte ed è anche la prima volta che mangio del cibo di strada a quest'ora!!

莎车县，新疆第一人口大县，看看有哪些值得逛的地方 | 喀什旅游 | 新疆旅遊 | Travel in China
你们听说过新疆的莎车县吗？这是新疆人口最多的一个县，2019年的人口数就超过了89万，甚至都超过新疆很多城市的人口。莎车县不仅是人口大县，而且历史也比较悠久，曾是西域三十六国中莎车国的所在地。根据史书的记载，莎车是最早接受汉朝册封的西域国家，并且配合汉朝击败过匈奴，为国家统一做出过巨大的贡献。很多从喀什去和田旅游的游客，一般都会在莎车停留1-2天，县城的主要景点都分布在古城老街的附近。其中叶尔羌汗国王陵很值得看看，这是第六批全国重点文物保护单位。王陵的旁边还有一条喀赞其老街，是当地最有名的一条商业步行街，很值得逛一逛~

本来计划去安集海大峡谷露营的，但上去景区后，不能进入，可能是因为冰雪融化，容易发生地质灾害，所以做了交通管制，下来后，我绕道去了大峡谷另一侧，沿途发现一处非常棒的雪山营地，于是在这里露营一晚，博尔通古乡吃了牛肉面和馕，牛肉面很普通，但是皮芽子芝麻馕味道超级赞，因为我居然吃完了一整个，下次路过必须在来打卡，营地搭建好后，泡茶，品茶，欣赏落日
已经五月了，雪山上的冰雪还没有消融的迹象，气温也骤降到2℃，很冷，本来计划睡帐篷，结果因为山下气温已经达20℃，把冬季的装备都收拾了，没有太多雪地露营装备，所以还是睡在了车里，这个营地，春夏秋冬都适合露营，由于临时找到的露营地，所以很多牛羊清晨出发吃草的画面都没有拍摄到，但清晨牧羊人赶着牛羊去吃草的画面还是很不错，等我起来准备好后，他们已经走到草原深处去了
清晨除了牧羊人，这里的日出，照在雪山上，发散出金色光芒，很美，看完日出，收拾好帐篷，准备出发，下一站，安集海大峡谷（峡谷对面）
