Details: Seririt is a 'sleepy' old market town and the former commercial center of Buleleng, located about 16 km west of Singaraja near the villages of Banjar and Dencarik at the north coast of Bali. Seririt lies at a T-junction with Pemuteran and Gilimanuk to the west, Lovina/Singaraja to the east and Pupuan/Tabanan to the south. Seririt is the third town of Bali.

The Gunung Paradise Estate is a fully walled area partly located on a hilltop (210 meters above sea level) in the heart of North Bali. It served as a lookout point for the army during World War II (and can be found on army staff maps). Worth mentioning is that the compound is provided with clean and fresh drinking water from a mountain spring that was found 125 meters deep, it supplies high quality drinking water for more than 15 years without any interruption.
The entrance is impressive with a lotus pond and fountain just before one enters the compound through an impressive traditional Balinese gate. Besides it is the home to the owners, Gunung Paradise serves as a fully licensed boutique resort (sleeps total 16) with a high level of traditional Balinese hospitality and guest-services resulting into a 5* rating on TripAdvisor. Strong points that make this object unique: - Strategic location in the heart of North Bali - The energizing atmosphere of this serene and tranquil compound - The beautiful Balinese style shaped villas - The high quality of construction and finishing of the villas - The breathtaking view from villa Cempaka towards the Bali Sea to hillside rice fields and the Mayong-Munduk valley - The astonishing landscaping of the gardens - The self-supplied clearest mountain spring water from 125 meter deep.
