Belluno (2024) is a beautiful town in the Dolomites Alps of Norther Italy close to Feltre. The city is part of the Region of Venice (Regione di Veneto) and has a population of 36,000. It is located at the Piave River and has some interesting architectural buildings like the Palazzo dei Rettori, the Cathedral and numerous churches including the church of St. Stephen and St. Nicholas.

Belluno è un comune italiano di 35.703 abitanti, capoluogo della provincia omonima in Veneto.
Fondata come municipium romano nel I secolo a.C., è attualmente il comune più abitato della provincia e il settimo e più settentrionale tra i capoluoghi di provincia del Veneto. La città è situata alla confluenza del torrente Ardo e del fiume Piave, posizione difensiva strategica per la quale è stata protagonista nelle due guerre mondiali. L'area più settentrionale del territorio comunale fa parte sia del Parco nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi (dal 1988) sia del patrimonio dell'umanità delle Dolomiti dichiarato dall'UNESCO nel 2009. Walked thru the picturesque buildings, alleyways & bridges of the quaint city of Venice. It was quite charming, albeit very touristy. Got to see a glassblower demonstration of the Murano Glass, was amazed by the beautiful St. Mark’s Basilica & finally got to check off “riding the gondola at Venice” from my bucket list.

Percorrendo una stradina poco più di una ciclabile che era il vecchio sedime della Ferrovia Bribano-Agordo (FBA) nella zona di Sedico in provincia di Belluno è possibile vedere ancora il cippo del Km 6 da Bribano in direzione Agordo. Di tale ferrovia oggi non rimane quasi più nulla.
Феррара - неизведанная Италия. Доброе утро после не доброго вечера в Болоньи.
После того как мы оглохли и сорвали голос в Болоньи - мы пошли домой и просто легли спать. Проснувшись рано утром у нас было около трех часов, что бы прогуляться по городу Феррара, что мы и сделали. Какого было мое удивление, когда мы не увидели ничего схожего с Болоньей - узкие улочки без автомобилей и мусора, мало людей вокруг и конечно же - та самая, мною очень любимая, атмосфера уютной европы, которой так сильно не хватает.
Феррара - это та самая неизведанная Италия, о которой знают только местные.
