Historic Downtown Scottsboro, Alabama - “Somewhere Special” - Payne’s Soda Shop - Rootbeer Float
We visited the Beautiful Historic Scottsboro Alabama. We take a walk downtown and check out what this town has to offer.
I went into a Candy store/Bakery it didn’t have any signs up but the receipt said “Oh Sweet Heaven!” Everything I tried was delicious!
We visited Payne’s Soda Shop and tried out a Root beer Float. That place is popular!
If you are in the area to visit “Unclaimed Baggage” (which is right down the road) stop by and check out downtown. As they say, “It’s Someplace Special” .

The place is very well organized and is plenty stocked with lots and lots of everything. I had heard about this place for ages and it was great to finally make a stop there.
