NEW MEXICO: a SCENIC motorcycle roadtrip from Chama to Taos and Eagle Nest

Welcome to New Mexico, welcome to “the Land of Enchantment.” Travel on some of the most beautiful roads from Colorado all the way through New Mexico to Texas with me and visit majestic mountain tops, the artistic town Taos, and one of the most famous churches of the area.

The ride took me from Durango through parts of the San Juan National forest to Pagosa Springs and to New Mexico. Here are the best roads to ride and places to visit in Northern New Mexico:

00:00 Drive over Colorado's beautiful roads to New Mexico
03:16 From Chama follow Highway 64 to Tierra Amarilla and from there to Tres Piedras, it is one of the most beautiful rides of New Mexico.
03:59 US 64 climbs the back side of the monumental Brazos Cliff , entering into the timberland of the Carson National Forest. Be on the lookout because of the large Elk population as the road winds toward the Tusas Mountain - and make sure to bring enough time to enjoy the amazing views.
05:34 At Tres Piedras, the highway drops into sagebrush mesa before crossing the Río Grande Gorge Bridge—565 feet or 172 meters above the river.
06:22 Visit the Sangre de Cristo Mountains - which is Spanish for Blood of Christ are the southernmost subrange of the Rocky Mountains. They are located in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico
07:11 Stay a night in Taos and explore the galleries and arts of the vibrant little town. The best place to stay: Casa Benavides B&B
10:10 Visit Taos Pueblo a UNESCO World Heritage
11:06 To see some other stunning architecture of the area check out San Francisco de Asís Mission Church on the main plaza of Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico. It was built between 1772 and 1816, replaced an earlier church in that location, and is the only original church which remains intact in the Taos area.
13:40 Drive the „The Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway“ all the way to Eagle Nest Lake State Park

SAN PANCHO (FRANCISCO), NAYARIT | Now THIS is the beach life!

Mexico has beautiful beaches, but some can be overcrowded and lack the relaxing vibe one might want when on vacation. Well, we found the perfect little town with the most chill and laid back vibe yet. A quick 10-minute drive from the hippy little town of Sayulita sits the perfect escape, the town of San Fransisco also know as #SanPancho.

We spent the day relaxing on the beach soaking up the sun, boogie boarding through the waves, which we found we are terrible at, sipping on our beers and just enjoying the relaxing vibe of San Pancho. It's a great place to enjoy some waves and surf or just relax. The beach is not nearly as crowded as Sayulita's has gotten and the sandy white beaches are perfect. It was the perfect #beachescape.

If you want to escape to a beach where you can just sit back and soak in the beach life, this is it.

We recommend staying at least one night, if you have time, definitely longer. We stayed at the Guesthouse La Selva, a much more affordable little place a bit farther from the beach but only $20.
La Selva:

If you're looking for something closer to the beach and a bit nicer check out Verde Luna, a small boutique hotel located right near the beach with everything you could need.
Verde Luna:

Or if you're short on time you can always take a day trip tour. This one includes transportation from Puerto Vallarta:

If you’ve never signed up for Airbnb, you can use our link below to sign up and receive $30 towards your first stay and $15 towards an experience.

CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO | The CLEANEST City in Mexico? | What Filming a MEXICO TRAVEL Video is REALLY LIKE

CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO - Is this the CLEANEST city in Mexico? Welcome back to another Mexico Travel 2021 video! This is part 13 of my 2021 Mexico series coming from Chihuahua in northern Mexico!

In the last video I had a nightmare. An awful pizza which everyone recommended, 35km of walking, Mennonite communities with seemingly not a human in sight and an unintentional overnight stay in Cuauhtemoc. This time we are going with the flow. We’re having a leisurely stroll around Chihuahua Centro, checking out some of the things to do in Chihuahua with various spots with history relating to Miguel Hidalgo such as the Palacio Federal or Casa Chihuahua, the Templo el Francisco Asis, the government place, plus Quinta Gameros (closed) and the bizarre mannequin at a bridal shop which is said to be an embalmed corpse! (not on display). We also have hamburguesas al carbon and elotes (also esquites when it's on the cob!), great examples of affordable mexican street food!

The main gist of this video is chilling out and how I have got around my youtube burnout issues recently. Recommendations are great but they don’t necessarily translate into filming a YouTube video. These two things are completely different!

MUSIC - (Epidemic Sound)
“Backdrop” - 91nova (intro & angel)
“Dragon Punch” - 91nova (centro)
“Below Horizon” - Luwaks (catedral and onwards)

TIMESTAMPS -
00:00 - Intro
01:41 - A Walk Around Chihuahua/Miguel Hidalgo
06:48 - Artwork and YouTube Difficulties
08:26 - Cathedral and Corpse Mannequin
10:55 - Quinta Gameros
12:01 - Chihuahua Impressions & Elotes
13:26 - The Meltdown
18:55 - The Burnout Burger

If you're thinking about moving to Mexico or becoming one of the increasing number of expats in Mexico, your choices aren't limited to popular areas like Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. You might even be looking for off the beaten track Mexico. You might ask the questions, Is Mexico Safe? or, Is Mexico dangerous. Sinaloa is a state that, granted, you'll need to be able to speak Spanish in, but the city and state has so much to offer, just as much as those other places!
