Schweden ist wirklich ein absolutes Traumziel für Reisen mit dem Wohnmobil. Wir waren mit unserem Campervan 8 Wochen lang kreuz und quer im Land unterwegs und wollen euch heute 10 unserer Highlights zeigen. Die sind über das gesamte Land verteilt - vom hohen Norden nahe den Grenzen zur Norwegen und Finnland, über das weitläufige Mittelschweden mit der berühmten Wildnissstraße, bis hin zum Süden mit seinen kilometerlangen Küsten und Scheerenlandschaften.

Naturbyn, Säffle
Naturnära upplevelser i Naturbyn. Bo i timmerstuga inne i skogen intill sjön Eldan, uppe bland svajande träd i Gökboet eller varför inte på flotte mitt i sjön? Gömd bland tunga granar kan du njuta av lugnet och de öppna eldarna där maten lagas. Enkelt, avskalat och så nära den värmländska naturen det går att komma. Här finns ingen elektricitet. Värmen kommer från den vedeldade kaminen och ljuset från fotogenlamporna. Maten serveras på flatsågade stockar, som eldas upp när maten är uppäten och det finns gott om naturaktiviteter att ta del av.

1. What was the highlight of your trip to Sweden?
The highlight of our trip was without a doubt he little town of Smögen.. With all its little coloured houses it just looks like the Sweden you imagine: a must!
2. What was the most unique thing you discovered during your trip to Sweden?
The pilane Sculpture park : to contemporate giant art installations in the middle of nature is something very unique.
3. How would you describe Sweden in three words?
Beautiful, welcoming, laid back
4. How would you describe the Swedish locals in three words?
Casual, tolerant, fun
5. What were your top three food experiences?
Our unforgettable food experience was the oysters tasting at Everts Sjöbod...Even Paul Because said it was the best oysters on the planet!
6. What was your best city experience(s)?
The city we liked the most was definitely Goteborg. It has a very friendly atmosphere, a beautiful botanical garden and there seems to be a lot going on there culturally speaking.
7. What was your best experience(s) in nature?
The cliffs of Hovs Hallar, it's a very dramatic spot and at sunset even better.
8. Tell us about the accommodation in Sweden?
The accommodations were well designed and very cosy. Hotels often have a hot tub included which is a great way to relax after a long day of exploring

9. What would you say to someone thinking about going to Sweden?
Don’t plan too much, rent a car and hit the road!
10. Would you go back to Sweden and, if so, what would you most look forward to?
We would like to go back to Sweden to continue explore the country, specially the north part in Wintertime.
