???????? SANTOS, SÃO PAULO, Brazil - Today for episode 6 of my 2022 Brazil Travel series, we're visiting one of Brazil's lesser-known beach cities - Santos! The home of coffee, football legend Pelé and Scottish streetcars!
There are lots of things to do or activities in Santos to keep you occupied, such as the Monte Serrat funicular, awesome views, the coffee museum, Pelé museum and much more. It's the most pretty city to be honest, and from what I saw the beaches aren't spectacular, but it's still a welcome break from more commonly visited beaches in Rio. There's some great architecture and history though, especially if you're interested in the brazilian coffee trade or you are a football fan! If you're thinking about where to go in Brazil, Santos could be a good idea for your Brazil itinerary!

Our first stop is at CADEG, a Farmer's Market used by restaurants and individuals alike to buy produce, spices, meat, and more. This is also a great place to have lunch, especially if you enjoy Portuguese cuisine, as there are many options here due to the heavy Portuguese influence in the culture of this neighborhood.
We will then move on to the popularly known as Feira de São Cristóvão. If you're looking for a cultural hotspot in Rio de Janeiro, be sure to check out the Centro Luiz Gonzaga de Tradições Nordestinas in the São Cristóvão district! This Cultural Center Pavillion is home to some of the most unique Northeast traditions and is definitely worth a visit if you're in the Rio de Janeiro area. Not to mention, the food is amazing, and the locals are friendly!

I enjoyed returning to this place for a visit since the last time was nearly 10 years ago. It is definitely a very crowded place especially during the month of June which is when all the festivals are happening.
The Luiz Gonzaga Center for Northeastern Traditions, also known as Feira de São Cristóvão, is a pavilion that promotes the culture and trade of Northeastern products. It is located in Centro of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was created in honor of Luiz Gonzaga, the «King of Baião». (Singer)

I went to Sao Luis and showed a glimpse of this beautiful city, the main reason to go this city was to collect one of my document that arrived from India due to FedEx couldn't deliver my parcel to Acailandia it's a municipality.

'O Maior São João do Mundo' ouSão João de Campina Grande' é um evento anual realizado pela prefeitura de Campina Grande, no
estado brasileiro da Paraíba, durante o mês de junho. Na cultura do Nordeste brasileiro, é típico comemorar o dia de São João
através de espetáculos, danças e quadrilhas. A festa dura 31 dias e é realizada em vários polos espalhados pelo município e
principalmente no Parque do Povo, chamado de o quartel-general do forró, no centro da cidade.
Antes do evento ser criado, já se dançava forró e se comemorava o São João em Campina Grande. As festas de São João, Santo
Antônio e São Pedro eram comemoradas com animação entre familiares e amigos convidados para as festas particulares, em volta
de grandes fogueiras. Havia dança de forró em sítios, granjas e fazendas. Outros lugares onde se costumava festejar esses dias
eram no Aeroclube de Campina Grande, no Clube dos Caçadores e na Juventude Franciscana, que funcionava no auditório do Convento
São Francisco. Além destes, o forró pé-de-serra era dançado nos clubes Paulistano, Ipiranga, Flamengo e Forró de Alcatrão.

Um ponto muito importante para visitação turística é o Sítio São João: um cenário rural de 800 metros quadrados, que fica no
Arraial Luiz Gonzaga e que reproduz o cotidiano de um sítio do passado no interior nordestino. Ao todo, encontram-se uma Igreja,
bodega, uma casa de Mangaio, Casa de Farinha (principal atividade econômica da época) e a casa do morador, que por possuir utensílios
e rudimentos utilizados na época, faz o visitante voltar no tempo.
Visitando o nordeste do século XIX
O Sítio de São João, é uma cidade cenográfica, montada no mês de junho, em Campina Grande, Paraíba. Se caracteriza por ter o tamanho
natural, com todos os componentes de um vilarejo rural , do final do século XIX. Casas com os móveis da época, mesas postas com os
alimentos típicos, os mangáios, onde eram guardados os variados objetos, casas comerciais com estacionamento para jegues, equipamentos
utilizados nos ciclos da farinha, algodão, couro e cana de açúcar. Uma tipografia e codelaria, em homenagem ao poeta Manoel Camilo dos
Santos, que transferiu para Campina Grande, sua tipografia, em 1953 Igreja e bodegas, fazem parte do local.
Uma fotografia com os lampiões e marias bonitas que lá se encontram, sempre dispostos a atender os visitantes, fazem parte deste
inesquecível programa. Ao chegar no Sítio de São João, você entra no nordeste rural do século XIX e não vai querer sair tão cedo.

Santos is a city in the state of São Paulo (2023), Brazil. It was founded by the Portuguese in 1546. Santos has a population of 450,000. Santos is a coastal town, with an important port and a beautiful beach. The city does even have the largest beachfront garden in the world. Furthermore, Santos has a coffee museum and a museum dedicated to the best soccer players of Brazil, like Pele.
Some highlights of Santos are: downtown, the beachfront garden with the Santos Bay, the Monument of the 100 Years of Japanese Immigration in the Roberto Mário Santini Park; the Channel of the city's drainage system, the Ponta da Praia and the Port of Santos.
