10 Cheapest Places to live in California.

10 Cheapest Places to live in California.

Buying a house can be hard. If you are thinking about California and don't need to be in one of the major cities, this list is for you.
Nobody wants a giant mortgage but in most of California, that is what you are going to get.

If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. Most of these videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. But, most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town, or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine, rainbows, and a bunch of smoke up your skirt. They won't tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you'll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.

10 Worst towns in California. Southern Cal version

10 Worst towns in California. Southern Cal version

I think it is time to tackle a list I hinted at earlier this year and never got to. When I listed the worst towns in America I said I had to cut Southern California out because it had like 17 of the worst 20. When you suck that bad, you get your own list is the rule here.
A couple of things with this list. I say town but technically some are small cities. I am just cutting out the major cities like Los Angeles and San Diego proper. If I say cities in the title I will have a bunch of geography nerds jumping up my butt. I don’t like anything jumping up my butt especially geography nerds. Most of these are in the LA metro or LA county.
This is another list that has enough to make 3 videos, but we’ll start with one and see how it goes.
These are not places you want to buy real estate.

Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today's video. If there is a state, city or town you'd like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.

Discovering Rosamond: A Desert Oasis in California

Nestled within the arid expanses of the Mojave Desert in Kern County, California, lies the charming town of Rosamond. With its serene desert landscape and close-knit community, Rosamond provides a respite from the bustling urban environments found elsewhere in the state. This quaint town, located near the southern perimeter of the Edwards Air Force Base, boasts a unique charm characterized by its scenic vistas and warm, welcoming residents.

Haven't been to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo aquarium in a long time! Syracuse NY Zoo

Today, We're walking through the aquarium located in the main building at the Syracuse Zoo (The Rosamond Gifford Zoo at the Burnet Park). While this aquarium seems small, it does contain some great examples from many species. In this video, we're looking at many of the exhibits that are open in July 2022! (although we couldn't get near the frogs- there was a HUGE group really, really interested in those exhibits!)

A Flying Roadtrip is a quick car roadtrip you can do in one day! We (Becky and Ken) love seeing unique places around our home town and beyond. Local to Syracuse and Central New York State, we love to travel the Northeastern United States to find the best day trip destinations, amusement parks, museums, nature trails and delicious food in the region. Once in a while, we'll voyage out to other places too!

Let's take a Flying Roadtrip!
