Saint-Étienne is a city in east-central France. The Museum of Modern Art shows international works. The Couriot Mine Museum explores the town's industrial past with artifacts and a reconstructed mine. Southwest, in Firminy, the Le Corbusier Site, designed by the namesake architect, includes a stadium and the asymmetrical Maison de la Culture. Southeast, rugged Pilat Natural Park is home to woodpeckers and beavers.
Saint Etienne is a city in eastern central France, in the Massif Central, 55 km (34 mi) southwest of Lyon in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, on the trunk road that connects Toulouse with Lyon. Saint-Étienne is the capital of the Loire department and has a population of approximately 172,023 (2013) in the city itself and over 508,000 in the metropolitan area (2011).
Named after Saint Stephen, the city first appears in the historical record in the Middle Ages as Saint-Étienne de Furan (after the River Furan, a tributary of the Loire). In the 13th century, it was a small borough around the church dedicated to Saint Etienne. On the upper reaches of the Furan, near the Way of St. James, the Abbey of Valbenoîte had been founded by the cistercians in 1222. In the late 15th century, it was a fortified village defended by walls built around the original nucleus.
The city's football club AS Saint-Étienne has won the Ligue 1 title a record ten times, achieving most of their success in the 1970s. British indie-dance band Saint Etienne named themselves after the club. St. Étienne has many sports stadiums, the largest being Stade Geoffroy-Guichard used for football and Stade Henri-Lux for athletics. St. Étienne was the capital of the French bicycle industry. The bicycle wheel manufacturer Mavic is based in the city and frame manufacturers Motobécane and Vitus are also based here. The city often hosts a stage of the Tour de France. St. Étienne resident Thierry Gueorgiou is a world champion in orienteering. The local rugby union team is CA Saint-Étienne Loire Sud Rugby.
The nearest airport is Saint-Étienne - Bouthéon Airport which is located in Andrézieux-Bouthéon, 12 km (7.46 mi) north-northwest of Saint-Étienne. The main railway station is Gare de Saint-Étienne-Châteaucreux, which offers high speed services to Paris, Lyon (Saint-Étienne–Lyon railway), and several regional lines.Saint-Étienne is also notable for its tramway (Saint-Étienne tramway) – which uniquely with Lille, it kept throughout the 20th century – and its trolleybus system (Saint-Étienne trolleybus system) – which is one of only three such systems currently operating in France.
Bus and tram transport is regulated and provided by the Société de Transports de l'Agglomération Stéphanoise (STAS), a public transport executive organisation. The bicycle sharing system Vélivert with 280 short term renting bicycles has been available since June 2010.

The Domaine of Villarceaux is a French château, water garden and park located in the commune of Chaussy in the Val d'Oise Department of France, 65 kilometers northwest of Paris.
The Domaine is currently managed by the Regional Council of the 'Île-de-France for 99 years, on an agreement with the owners of the domaine, the Fondation Charles Leopold Mayer. The park contains a manor house from the 16th century and a château in the style of Louis XV from the 18th century. The gardens are classified among the Notable Gardens of France.
The gardens contain a rare 18th-century ornamental feature called a vertugadin (eng: farthingale), modelled after the hoop skirts of the 18th century, surrounded by statues brought from Italy.

THE CHATEAU DE CHANTILLY IS A HISTORIC CHATEAU LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF CHANTILLY FRANCE.
The Château de Chantilly is a historic château located in the town of Chantilly, France. It comprises two attached buildings; the Grand Château, destroyed during the French Revolution and rebuilt in the 1870s, and the Petit Château which was built around 1560 for Anne de Montmorency. Owned by the Institut de France, the château houses the Musée Condé, which is one of the finest art galleries in France and is open to the public.
The estate's connection with the Montmorency family began in 1484. The first mansion (no longer extant, now replaced by the Grand Château) was built in 1528--1531 for the Constable Anne de Montmorency by Pierre Chambiges. The Petit Château was also built for him, around 1560, probably by Jean Bullant. In 1632, after the death of Henri II, it passed to the Grand Condé who inherited it through his mother, a Montmorency.
Several interesting pieces of history are associated with the château during the 17th century. Molière's play, Les Précieuses ridicules, received its first performance here in 1659. Madame de Sévigné relates in her memoirs that when Louis XIV visited in 1671, François Vatel, the maître d'hôtel to the Grand Condé, committed suicide when he feared the fish would be served late.
The original mansion was destroyed in the French Revolution. It was repaired in a modest way by the last Condé, but the entire property was confiscated from the Orléans family between the years 1853 and 1872, during which interval it was owned by Coutts, an English bank. Chantilly was entirely rebuilt in 1875--1881 by Henri d'Orléans, duc d'Aumale (1822--1897) to the designs of Honore Daumet. The new château met with mixed reviews. Boni de Castellane summed up one line of thought: What is today styled a marvel is one of the saddest specimens of the architecture of our era — one enters at the second floor and descends to the salons. In the end, the Duc d'Aumale bequeathed the property to the Institut de France upon his death in 1897.

Devils Den Prehistoric Spring in Williston Florida is one of the most beautiful caves in the world. Come along on this Scuba Dive in the Cavern zone of Devils Den Spring. Open water scuba divers are allowed to scuba dive in the Devils Den, on this dive we stay in the cavern zone so we are not technically cave diving. Cave Scuba diving requires specialized training and gear which I do not have, never go cave diving without the proper training and gear. Devils Den Prehistoric spring in Williston Florida is an incredible place to dive and I would encourage you to try it one day.

Adossé au coteau surplombant la ville de TOURNON, le Jardin d’Eden est l’ancien parc du monastère des moines de l’ordre des Cordeliers. Ce lieu historique, auréolé de sa tour Renaissance, est entouré des derniers remparts (1525) qui protégeaient autrefois la cité tournonaise. Il déploie ses espaces botaniques sur un hectare et offre un parcours émaillé de fontaines et de bassins dont certains ont été édifiés sous la Renaissance. D’anciens oratoires sont également là pour témoigner de l’histoire de ce jardin. Une position dominante et un panorama d’exception contribuent à faire de ce parc un lieu incontournable.
La jardin d’Eden est un havre de paix à découvrir où jalousement une tour de la même époque, il déploie plus de 10.000 m² d’espaces botaniques au coins ombragés. Des buis centenaires, témoins silencieux des événements qui façonnèrent l’histoire de la ville. Une terrasse nichée au pied de la tour et un belvédère dominant toute la vallée se conjuguent pour offrir aux promeneurs des panoramas remarquables.
Il pourra ainsi suivre les méandres du Rhône qui courtisent les vignobles de TAIN L’HERMITAGE et contempler le patrimoine historique de la cité de TOURNON. Le jardin d’Eden attenant à un ancien couvent des cordeliers dès 1654 puis, à l’aube du 19 ème siècle, l’ordre des soeurs de Notre-Dame. Une pause féconde et une rencontre intime avec la nature dans un lieu empreint de sérénité où il fait bon flâner.

Comme les années précédentes, le lieu-dit Champs Lévêque sera le théâtre d'un campement digne du Moyen Âge. Venez découvrir 10 siècles d'histoire en compagnie de nobles, chevaliers, artisans, paysans...
Château fort
Le château, le centre névralgique de la fête ! D'autres troupes vous y attendront pour des combats endiablés (samedi et dimanche). Assistez au spectacle de rapaces et délectez-vous d'un bon cochon à la broche avant un super concert vers 21h00. Les festivités du samedi se termineront en apothéose par un impressionnant feu d'artifice, tiré depuis la Tour d'Autriche.
