Cambodia Travel Guide to Veal Veng District in Pursat Province Day 01 Part 01
A new trip at the end of November 2020 with Forest Tours to Veal Veng district in Pursat Province of Cambodia. It's a 2 days & 1 night trip with package price $62 included bus, hotel, foods x 5 times (2 breakfasts, 2 lunch, 1 dinner). We started this trip from Caltex Gas Station in front of Calmet hospital in Phnom Penh at 5:3am, travel via National Road 5 to Kandal Province, Kampong Speu Province, Kampong Chhnang province, Pursat Province. We had breakfast at Oudong district and lunch at Pursat Province.
I'm using Canon G7X Mark II Camera for this video.

And today we'll show you about another trip to Posat Province, Cambodia.
Sure, I’d be happy to visited at Pursat Province, is located on the western side of the Tonle Sap lake and is covered mainly by mountainous terrain. Although the province is not home to many ancient temples, the highlight of this province concerns the history of the war between Siamese and the Khmers that took place just before the French Colonial era in Cambodia.
One popular historical site is that of the Tomb of Oknha Klang Meung, the Cambodian hero who led the war against Siamese and defeated them in 1482. While in Pursat, you can also visit the floating town of Kampong Luang, which is just 40 km away from the Pursat town center. The floating village includes a police station, schools, restaurants, a clinic, shops and bars. .
If you’re interested in natural beauty, consider visiting Ouda. It’s a remote attraction that refreshes even the most tired travelers with its gorgeous scenery and tranquility. Any stress brought on by the challenges of work or family life will be carried away in the natural splendor of the river, which flows from the Arai River in the Cardamom Mountains. The river bank, approximately 500 meters wide, is framed by thousands of large and small rocks. During the rainy season, the crystal clear water crashes over the smooth stones, but when the rains dry up, sentimental travelers can take a seat on the rocks to reflect on their journey.

We just had lunch at Mlop Svay Restaurant in Pursat Province continued our trip to Battambang Province. We visited Bakan Pagoda which is a famous place in Pursat Province. We left Bakan Pagoda to explore an ancient temple in Battambang, it's called Barset temple at Barset village, Tapon Commune, Sangke District about 15km. eastern part of Battambang Downtown in Cambodia. It's a beautiful temple that need a good care. I flew my drone capturing the temple and the village from above. it's super beautiful from up there.

I visited Pursat, Cambodia for a day and a half. The cheapest hotel I could find was $15 and I was immediately asked if I wanted a prostitute. Nothing out of the ordinary in Asia haha. I politely declined.
My #1 mission was to find bicycle to rent. I wanted to bike along the river and simply explore. One of my favorite things to do while traveling.

Khlang Moeung Tourism Site in Pursat Province
We're on the way from Krong Pursat via National Road 5 and turn left on National Road 55 to Lokta Khlang Moeung Tourism Site to pay respects and visit the beautiful park with many statues of animals and human being. There's a fishing pond and bench for relaxing by a fishing pond. A gorilla statue and beautiful park. I noticed a group of dancer statues which is nice. You can find all these at Lokta Khlang Moeung in Pursat province.
