Here at Tacos los Cholos in Anaheim Ca they make them to perfection.
They use tripas de leche, washed clean and cooked on the grill, sprinkled some sea salt & enjoy!
I invited my good friend Jeffery Merrihue on this adventure and boy did he loved them!

Before you go to Xochimilco watch this video so you don’t get scammed in Mexico City like we did! And not only were we victims of this scam in Mexico - our friend was also assaulted.
Xochimilco is a neighborhood south of central Mexico City and it’s here where you go and take colorful trajineras through the Xochimilco canals. Xochimilco Mexico City is a lot of fun - but unfortunately we had been played, and scammed from the start. We made this video about Xochimilco so you know what to expect and what to avoid before you make your journey to Xochimilco.
This was the first bad experience we have had in Mexico since being here, so please don’t judge Mexico City or the country of Mexico from this one interaction. Park La Mexicana. Best Places of Mexico City
Today we are visiting the Park La Mexicana (Spanish: Parque La Mexicana) which is located in a fancy neighborhood of Mexico City named Santa Fe.
When I visited this place 2 years ago it felt surreal. It feels very clean, organized and simply one of the best.
It's located a little bit away from other points of interests in Mexico City, but definitely worth your attention when you are visiting a capital of Mexico.

Day 4 - Mazatlán
In Mazatlán, we hired City Tours Pulmonia to drive us around in 2 pulmonias and give us a tour of the city. We ate some fresh local seafood at La Puntilla, then we got dropped off at Las Flores Beach Resort to swim and cool off. This tour is also kid-friendly as we had 4 children with us!
A pulmonia is similar to a golf cart in that it is small and has no doors. They have VW Bug or Nissan Versa engines, expensive sound systems and custom paint and rims.
With the ocean breeze blowing through your hair and loud music pumping, this is the coolest way to get around Mazatlán. They say, “If you didn’t ride in a pulmonia, then you didn’t visit Mazatlán.”
