On this morning, I took a quick walk around Pine Lake in Sammamish. There was a surprising number of fishermen on the dock. Sorry there's no audio while I was out on the dock, as music was playing and YouTube removed the music due to copyright claims. Hope you enjoy this quick little walk!

Pine Lake is a lake located in the city of Sammamish, Washington, about 20 miles east of downtown Seattle. Surrounded by private homes and a city park, it is a popular recreation and fishing spot.
Renovated in 2004, Pine Lake Park sits on the east shore of the lake and includes a swimming beach, boat launch (non-motorized only), picnic tables, play structures, basketball court, climbing walls, and a large baseball field.[1] It draws large crowds, both children and adults, during fine weather and is used for outdoor community events such as Shakespeare in the Park and the city's Summer Nights in the Park music concert series, drawing thousands of local residents.
Pine Lake is a popular draw for suburban eastside anglers. The WDFW stocks both brown and rainbow trout directly from the gravel boat launch in early spring. Brown trout have been known to reach good sizes in Pine Lake—upwards of 18 inches. It is possible to catch crayfish, bass, and perch from the dock as well.

This campground is near home so I know it well.
The campground itself is nice, with some decent sized campsites, many having a great view of upper Pine Lake. There are flush toilets and showers. Campsites have electric hookups. It can get busy during peak season!
Some of the campsites are near the lake, some are near the road. Noise is usually not a problem as the road has a 35mph speed limit by the campground.
Things to do: (so much to list!)
Paddle on upper or lower Pine Lake
Fishing, shore or boat (lake, stream, or river)
Bicycle trails
Hiking trails (all around lower Pine Lake)
Beach swimming (lower only)
Float or paddle nearby Iowa River (tube and boat rentals nearby)
Eat, replenish supplies in nearby Eldora
