Poverty in Arkansas.

10 Arkansas small towns with the worst poverty.
10 Poorest towns in Arkansas.

Today we are going to take a look at Arkansas and the mess that it is.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the national poverty rate was 11.8% percent or 38.1 million Americans in 2018. These states have the highest percentages of poverty in the country: Mississippi, New Mexico, Louisiana, West Virginia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama, District of Colombia, Oklahoma, South Carolina and the territory of Puerto Rico.

So why are we starting with Arkansas? Last month I got an email from a guy named Glen in Little Rock who said
I best not put Arkansas in my mouth again. He said he’d find me and pull me out of my electric car and crush my head.
I replied: Dude how did you watch my video, you are using AOL dial-up service.
He replied. What’s wrong with that.
I replied “Nothing if it were 1997.
He never replied again. So, in Glen's honor, I am putting Arkansas back in my mouth and we are going to look at the poorest towns in Arkansas.
Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today's video. If there is a state, city or town you'd like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.

Have you ever wondered what the smallest towns in Arkansas look like? Well I literally went to all four corners of the state to find these hidden gems. All of these towns are incorporated, so if you think there is a town missing then it's probably because it's unincorporated. This list was made from the 2020 US Census. All these towns range from 50 at the largest down to only 20 people at the smallest. Have you been to any? Some of them are small from natural decline, while others seem to be tiny by design. It was a lot of fun exploring around Arkansas and visiting all of them! Hopefully you'll find it interesting as well!

The Town of Pine Bluffs Welcomes Us to Wyoming

#shorts #drone #wyoming

On the border between Nebraska and Wyoming, on I-80, sits Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. This small Great Plains town, which was at one time one of the largest cattle shipping points on the Union Pacific Railroad, has an official town elevation of just over 5,000 feet and a population of around 1,200. Today, Pine Bluffs welcomes westbound travelers to their state or bids eastbound travelers a fond farewell on I-80, US-30, and the Union Pacific railroad, earning its nickname as the Frontier Crossroads. From the sky, it’s not hard to recognize why this settlement, first known as Rock Ranch, later changed its name to the more fitting Pine Bluffs.
