Philippines Street Food in LAPU-LAPU City | BEST Place to Eat Street Food in CEBU!

Travelled via ship on a 2GO vessel from Manila to Cebu to explore food spots around Cebu. Went straight to Lapu-Lapu City to check out some Filipino street food in Opon Mercado (Lapu-Lapu Public Market). There were grilled meats, ice cream, grilled bananas, kikiam, pungko pungko on the side of the streets and refreshing drinks around the public market.

Also had the chance to attend Kadaugan Food Festival at the Mactan Shrine. Hotels around Mactan showcased their food offerings to the locals at an affordable price. Tried Mamen (fusion of Mami and Ramen) and some Balbacua.

CYCLING AROUND PILA, LAGUNA | BIKE TOUR | HISTORICAL TOWN

1:10 - Town of Pila Tour
17:56 - Pila Church

The Municipality of Pila (Tagalog: Bayan ng Pila), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Laguna, Philippines. Pila has a total land area of 31.2 km2. The town of Pila is the site for some well-preserved houses dating back to the Spanish period as well as the old Saint Anthony of Padua Parish Church, the first Antonine church in the Philippines. Don Felizardo Rivera, who donated his lands to the church and municipal government, is the recognized founder of Pila. He is the ancestor of prominent families in Pila surnamed Rivera, Relova, Agra and Álava. Pila and adjacent towns along the shores of Laguna de Bay are considered by archaeologists as one of the oldest settlements in the Philippines. The community is one of three such concentrations of population known archaeologically to have been in place before A.D. 1000.

Swimming and Fishing at Pita Recreation and Fishing Resort, Pila, Laguna | Newbie at fishing | 1080p

We tried fishing for the first time and we loved it!

We went to Pita Recreation and Fishing Resort (it was called Crismar Fishing Resort before) in Pila, Laguna for a day swimming but we didn't realize the place also offers lots of other activities, such as fishing!

We rented a room (although we didn't intend to stay overnight) because the weather was a little unpredictable.

Here's a breakdown of our expenses at the resort:
P1,500 - small room (with free entrance for 2 person)
P280 - entrance for extra 2 adult
P100 - entrance for extra 1 kid
P100 - rent of fishing pole + worms
----------------
P1,980

We caught 2 kilos of Tilapia so we paid an extra P360.

Overall, the place is great and we had an amazing time at the resort!

Brickoven Cafe (Second Visit) in Pila, Laguna | Nakilala ako ni ate | Pizza + Puto Bumbong

#Pizza #Tampipi #PilaLaguna

Had no plans on making another video but since Ate of Brickoven Cafe recognized me, babawi kami sa video. This cafe has plenty of dine-in customers and they open now their space for a quick walk-tour though I missed again to see the Pugon (oven).

I tried the Puto Bumbong, Longsilog (Lucban Longanisa), and Pasta.
